I completed the RSA course online and it was very straightforward. I was in a tight spot and needed to get my certificate quickly. I phoned the next morning after I had submitted everything and they went above and beyond to ensure I had the certificate that afternoon. Couldn't recommend them enough. Brilliant! Thank you

It is always the teachers that make or break the classes and my experience with HITsa and their teachers have been the best. Coming from someone who has done their RSA and RSG at HITsa Clarence Gardens, i do recommend giving face to face training a shot as it is an enjoyable and fun experience for those who might not be able to grow their skillset through university. Or people who simply do not socialise as often finding new friends, its a great place for more then just acquiring certificates

I had Kelly Traeger and Mark as my teachers for RSA and RSG and they were the best at what they did

Where do I begin, too start with the building is beautifully maintained and well equiped with state of the art facilities such as the coffee machine and bar area. Now to speak about the man the myth the legend, vote the best bar men in Australia back to back Scotty Holland. This man is what beings the sun light to the day, a smile to my face and just an all around terrific human. He's caring, loving, honest and a great teacher. He's also suggested this new YOU foods diet and it has worked wonders, this man has not just taught me but he's helped me turn my life around. He's not just a hospitality teacher he's a life guru, I feel like I want to call him my Dad.

It was a good environment and friendly. Very informative and enjoyed the practical side the role plays. I would recommend the RSA course and I found out they also do barista and cocktails as also other training. Go and find out

Wow talk about a dodgy provider. The RSA training provided by this company is terrible. Poorly designed questions, terrible website, ridiculous communication between students and provider. Don't reccomend this course on any level.
