Both my children thrived under the care of the dedicated teachers here. My son attended 3 years of preschool and Kindy and he loved every minute of it. The teachers and support staff are all kind and nurturing. My son’s confidence, social skills, reading and maths skills have soared this year in Kindy and I feel very confident sending him to year 1 next year. I would highly recommend Hills Montessori.

The teachers and staffs at Hills Montessori are the most dedicated, patient, knowledgeable and kind educators. My daughter has grown from being shy and reserved to an confidential, happy and always inquisitive preschooler under their guidance and care. The wide range of learning aids and activities extend to languages, environmental sustainability, cultural awareness, botanics, not to mention English and numeracy. My daughter starts to appreciate the world around her in depth and width at a very young age. I can not thank nor can I speak highly enough of this preschool. Can’t wait for another few wonderful years with my second child!

My daughter has been at Hills for over 3 years starting in the under 3’s program and now in her final year of the 3-6 Montessori program. She loves it here and it’s really helped foster a love of learning I hope she can take with her forever. She gets to do all the things she enjoys like her craft, while still learning to read and write. She’s made lots of great friends and loves running round the playground with them.
The teachers are caring, experienced and really understand the needs of each individual child. As one of the few properly accredited Montessori preschools in Sydney, the classrooms are well equipt and school community is really welcoming with everyone knowing everyone.
I would highly recommend the preschool.

Unequivocally we made the right decision for sending our daughter to Hills Montessori. Being one of the very few authentic Montessori school in Sydney, we are confident that the program offering by Hills Montessori will set a solid foundation for our daughter’s learning path.

Our daughter has never attended any childcare or nursery prior to entering the 3-6 years old mixed age program, I am a very protective mum who was nervous about sending her to school for the first time but this nervousness vanished when we picked her up on the first day. She enjoys the school so much and is always eager to go. Everyday, when we drop her off she always leave with a smile, and when we pick her up she is so excited to share all her learning and accomplishment, and I can only credit her happiness to the wonderful directresses at Hills Montessori.

The classroom layout is true to the Montessori teachings and are filled with materials and equipment that are prepared for children to self select many of their own activities. Even though they are allowed to make a lot of their own decisions, it is freedom within limits, they get directed by the directresses to complete a task from start to end and hold certain responsibilities. We have noticed our daughter’s changes since attending the school, she is now much more focused, structured and confident.

We see the progress our daughter has made in such a short period of time and we are amazed and could not be more pleased.
