I had a Nuclear Medicine scan on 3/5/23. The booking process was well done. I was able to provide all the necessary information required in an email when making the booking. I got a prompt reply about the booking then and a reminder the day before.
On the day of the scan I was there on time. There had been problems with blackouts prior to my arrival which meant there was a 30 minute delay.
I want to say that the staff all were excellent! The reception staff were all happy and very helpful and kept a check on me while I waited.
Sharon did my scan. She is just the most delightful, reassuring and professional lady. She was well prepared, could answer all my questions, kept my comfort in mind throughout the entire procedure.
A huge thank you Sharon! You are worth your weight in gold!

My son needed an ultrasound and the reception staff were very helpful and got us an appointment the same day. The man who did the scan was so kind and gentle with my son, and what has taken longer in the past was a very quick and smooth ultrasound. My experience was very positive and I am amazed by the efficiency. The only suggestion I would have is to update the waiting room.
Other than that, the staff are extremely accommodating, bubbly, and professional and I will not hesitate to come back.

The Bowral staff were pleasant but I think maybe need more training when fitting in people for appointments,though the practise manager
was very good.
The 5 star rating goes to Dr Barnabas Bako he is gentle,caring,funny and shows great empathy.I had a procedure at the new Martin Place practice where the staff were very good and a few days later at their Bowral practice.
Dr Bako did both procedures ,I want to acknowledge his professionalism and to thank him

Had Dental Scan on 6.11.23 rang on17 .11 still report had not been done this is taking too long Why?

Multiple staff walking around doing nothing, can't even smile, ultrasound machine broken, 10am appt, still waiting at 10.45am...why did I have to be here 10mins prior to my appt? ..the other scan place in Bowral has much better staff and service...never been here before and won't ever be back...appalling service.
