Heritage House Hornsby was the best decision for my child daycare. He has progressed remarkably, going from not talking to speaking clearly and is now fully prepared for kindergarten. I am truly grateful to all the educators for their support and dedication.

Our journey with Heritage House Hornsby has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team of educators who have formed an incredible bond with my child. From the very beginning, Vanessa, the Director, has been a pillar of support, always ready to assist with any aspect of our experience, whether it's related to food preferences, daily routines, or necessary adjustments.

The patience and dedication shown by Mona, Kiran, Ezra, Smarika, Senneca, and Taylah are truly commendable. They have created an environment where every child, including mine, feels valued and supported, especially during those moments when settling in takes a little longer. I've witnessed firsthand the personalized approach taken by the educators, tailoring activities to suit each child's interests and needs, ensuring that everyone is engaged and fulfilled.

A special mention goes to Lida, whose delicious culinary creations have not only satisfied my child's taste buds but have also played a significant role in shaping their eating habits. Lida's warm welcome and readiness to accommodate any requests have made our experiences at Heritage House Hornsby truly delightful.

I'm deeply grateful to the entire team at HHH for providing a nurturing and transparent environment that feels like a second home for the children in their care. Their commitment to maintaining open communication with parents, keeping us informed about every aspect of our child's day, is truly remarkable. It's evident that they go above and beyond to ensure that every child's experience is enriching, memorable, and filled with love and care.

I am not satisfied with this childcare and do not recommend it at all. Because the childcare environment is not clean and they accept sick children which spread illness between kids. My daughters always got sick.
In addition, my kids' belongings have been lost several times, and, of course, many times, other kids' belongings were in my daughters' backpacks.
Overall, the management of heritage Hornsby is very poor.

I am very happy with all of the educators in HHH, especially Mona, Afsaneh, Ann & Vanessa. Everyday they will update me with her progress and she learns so much here. They are so creative with different learning activities everyday and I can tell that she enjoys her daycare very much. She started at 4 months, with classmates over 1 year of age and I can see how fast her development is. I definitely recommend parents to send their kids here, where they are loved, just like their own. My little one jumps with excitement every time I send her off, which shows how much she enjoys being here.

My son joined HHH in June 2023 and like all mothers I was very apprehensive about how will he cope with this change in his life. He had never been in any care before.
Right from the tour to the first day orientation and to my son’s first day the support from the Centre Director Vanessa and the educators of the baby room was amazing.
Special shout out to the educators Ms Mona, Ms Ann and Ms Afsaneh who are so good with the babies. My son was very unsettled when he first joined but all of them helped him settle so well and gave me regular updates throughout his first week

I would like to thank Heritage House Hornsby and the Joey's/nursery room educators for their dedication, patience and commitment to looking after and educating our little ones. As a parent, I was anxious about how my daughter would adjust to daycare. However, I was quickly reassured to see how genuinely caring the educators were and how well they take care of my daughter. A special thanks to Ms Mona, Ms Ann and Ms Afsaneh for their hard work and dedication. Ms Mona does an exceptional job in leading the Joey's room. My daughter loves Ms Mona's cuddles and considers her, her "second mum" away from home. Our family felt well-supported during our daughter's transition period and she now enjoys going to daycare and participating in all sorts of fun activities there.

Overall my experience with HHH was positive from the start. I was particularly impressed by the Centre Director, Vanessa Lin, who gave us the initial tour. Vanessa is always pleasant, professional, accommodating and responsive to our queries/requests. I like that they have a fair and organised system where you can secure a position for your child in advance, if they have availability. The enrollment process was also very organised. We also love the updates we get about what our daughter's been up to throughout the day on the Kinderloop app.

Our 1 year old daughter loves going to Heritage House Hornsby. All of the educators clearly love and care for her and the other children. They run a wide variety of educational experiences every week and serve meals cooked on site that are often better than what we cook at home. Parents are kept in the loop with photos, feeding, sleeping and nappy updates throughout the day and regular communication about what's going on and how our daughter is doing. Sending her to Heritage House Hornsby has been incredibly beneficial for her and I would highly recommend it to others.

A wonderful centre and my son has settled in really well. The staff are all fantastic and keep the kids well engaged with a mixture of indoor educational activities and outdoor play plus special themed weeks like Halloween recently. Thank you to all educators especially those at Joey room (Ms Mona, Ms Ann and Ms Afsaneh) where my son has been in for over a year now
