100% recommend this lovely childcare. They have amazing staff that helped my little one with her movement delays inc following physio suggestions. She is warmly welcomed every time she arrives and I can see how she loves the staff too. Love the concerts and events throughout the year + the mum/dad day art. Baby yoga weekly is super cute! Great food provided. Easy parking / not on a main road. Outdoor and indoor play areas are great. Daily write ups and photos A++ If look through past reviews there were a few hiccups in 2023 but maybe that paved the way for the high quality of care we received throughout 2024 and ongoing.

We've had a fantastic experience with Heritage House in Cherrybrook. From the very beginning we were welcomed with open arms making the transition for my children incredibly smooth. We have one child in the toddlers and room and our 1 year old in the nursery. The staff have been incredibly helpful, even accommodating us on several occasions when we had emergencies and needed to drop the kids off on a casual day.

Communication has been consistently wonderful, keeping us updated on our children's progress and daily activities. The program is excellent, and the centre is always spotless. The teachers are not only professional but also loving and attentive, making our children feel cherished and secure. We have had so much assistance with toilet training too.

We feel extremely fortunate to have found such an outstanding daycare centre. The love and care extended to our family have been heartwarming and we are beyond grateful. Without a doubt we highly recommend Heritage House Cherrybrook to anyone seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their children.

Great centre that provides genuine care for the kids. My two boys have gone there and both have loved it. The values and behaviours they promote and instill in the children are an incredible asset for them use into their schooling years. Even though last year has been a bit rough on the management side, it is understandable when put into perspective; our feedback has always been heard and taken into consideration. Infrastructure is great and one of the best in the area in my opinion.

My older child went to HH a few years ago and my little one is currently attending, he started in the babies room and is now in the preschool room. Our experience has been great, educators are really caring and infrastructure is amazing, love the outdoor area. My children have been very well cared of throughout the years and management responded well the one time we had a concern. I would certainly recommend this centre.

The original review shows how much we loved this centre. However similar to other reviewers, in the last 6 months this centre has gone increasingly downhill. They have had loads of problems with staff but the upper management has chosen to ignore all our parents' concern. After repeatedly asking for a parent educators information evening, they finally held one earlier this year where multiple parents voiced many serious concerns about their child's safety and development but all of these were ignored and 5 months in there's been no change. They hiked their fees, without any reason on how this will improve the quality of life for their educators or for the kids. The centre director did everything in her power to keep this afloat but has also recently quit along with multiple families and their own staff departing the centre. DO NOT send your children to this centre if you care for them. There are many many many other incredible, and cheaper, options in this area instead. The staff on floor are lovely and kind (hence the two stars), but they are absolutely not set up for success. The upper management only cares about money, and their vision statement about putting kids first is an absolute joke.

I would give more than five stars if I could! This centre is amazing, Casey , Caitlin and the team really pour their heart out in caring for your child. Food is incredible, the activities are super engaging and the updates everyday help relieve anxiety when you’re just starting to put your kid in daycare. My boy has been going there since six months and they have played such a pivotal role in his development ❤️

Absolute disgrace. Money-hungry management with no regard for children or families. We have been sending our eldest to Heritage House for about 2 years. When we first enrolled him, we were really happy but over the last year we have seen a steady decline in the quality of care and in the consistency of daily updates, with no visibility into the food being served, with changing staff, and with not receiving any end-of-day summaries. The director of the centre is absolutely fantastic, but I don't feel that she is appropriately supported by management or the owners. This has never been a CHEAP service, but with the recently implemented fee increase, it makes it one of the more expensive ones (if not THE most expensive service) in the area. I think it's time for us to find a new centre for our children.
We have recently pulled both our boys out of this centre. The director was the only reason we were staying and she's now leaving - I can only assume she's been as unsupported and disregarded as the families of the centre. Don't send your kids here.

My daughter has been attending since she was 8 months and I am so happy with the decision I made to enroll her at this centre. The educators are all professional, friendly and warm. Now my daughter always give a big smile to educator when she go in. I know she likes in such loving environment. I would highly recommend this centre.

This center has good facilities with a suitable outdoor area. The educational program lacks depth and learnings appropriate to a child’s age. We struggled with regular updates whilst our child was in care and the few updates we received were often incorrect. Our child did not settle in, I believe this is a result of poor relationship building between staff and the family. Concerns raised with the director was met with band-aid solutions.
