I still remember the excitement of my toddler starting at HEI in March, but unfortunately, the positive experience didn’t last long. While I initially chose this daycare for its promising curriculum and caring environment, I quickly realized that financial difficulties have severely impacted its operations.

From April, the staff turnover has been alarming. I’ve seen multiple caregivers come and go in a short period, which has led to inconsistency in care. This has created an environment where my child feels uneasy and has difficulty forming bonds with caregivers. The remaining staff seems overworked and stressed, which undoubtedly affects the quality of care provided.

I truly wanted to support HEI, but I can no longer overlook the issues that arise from its financial struggles. My bond refund is overdue since May, and I have to chase up the payment through email and in person, but still not getting any confirmation.

Making the move to HEI was the best thing i did for my 3 daughters. They are so happy and thriving. Claire and the team are incredible and have a wonderful program. The facilities are also incredible and we couldn't be happier.

I visited your premises once and they are absolutely amazing! Great spaces for the children, to share with their peers, and lovely chats with the educators who seemed really passionate and truly focused on the children.
