We initially toured this centre in the first week of January and spoke with the director as we were not looking at having our child start until May. We were assured multiple times by the director that if the spaces started to fill, they would contact us to see if we wanted to enroll early which sounded fantastic. We were also told multiple times that after being put on the waitlist, we would receive check ins every few weeks to confirm if anything had changed. We received no further communication from the centre. I then emailed the centre at the beginning of April to which I received no reply after a week and a half. I then called head office and was advised there were no spaces available for my child even though we had been told we would be advised if spaces started to fill. I was then told they would call me back 2 weeks later to provide me with a further update - yet again, a week and a half past this date and still no communication. After being so eager to enrol my child, the centre has been nothing but empty promises and no communication. My child has now been enrolled elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of entrusting my children, for the past 3 years, to Headstart Clarendon, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care they provide. The staff genuinely cares for the well-being and development of each child, creating a nurturing and safe environment. The educators are exceptional, fostering a love for learning while promoting social and emotional growth. The facilities are beautifully designed, offering a stimulating and inviting space for kids to explore and thrive. Headstart Clarendon truly sets the standard for quality childcare. Fantastic daycare centre. My daughter has been attending here for 4years now, I have always found the centre staff to be caring, attentive and a happy place to be.
My daughter has always been cared for at a high level and the staff always keep open communication with us. She is always happy to go to daycare.

When sending our children to daycare we knew we had to find somewhere that would care, teach and raise our children with us and we get all of that from Headstart at Clarendon. My 6months old is to start soon and I will continue to recommend Headstart to others.

An amazing centre with staff who genuinely care about your child's well-being, happiness and early education. Headstart Clarendon was a home away from home for my child, catering to their every need and interest. Excursions, delicious healthy meals cooked on-site, play-based learning activities, embracing of individual personalities and hobbies - if only we didn't have to relocate interstate! Simply the best in the Hawkesbury.

I cannot fault the entire team at Head Start Clarendon from our first visit through to our daughters first year of daycare the level of care shown by the educators is second to none. Many special bonds have been formed with other children and educators alike and to see the development and growth has been amazing.

All the teachers at head start are Amazing and very Welcoming my son had his first day today and they made it so much easier and were very helpful and made him feel very comfortable and safe and he really enjoyed his first day .

We love the centre, our 3 kids are happy to come in the morning and still happy at the end of the day. Team members are friend and kind, easy to approach and talk to. We can always ask them for anything and they will find a way to work with our needs.
