My child attended Headstart Bella Vista, and overall, we’ve had a mixed experience. The outdoor play area is fantastic, offering plenty of space for kids to run around and enjoy different activities, which has been great for my child’s development.

I’d also like to highlight Marjan, one of the teachers, who has been absolutely wonderful. She’s caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about working with children. Her dedication made a big difference in my child’s experience.

However, I’ve found that the management could be improved. The manager hasn’t been as supportive or responsive as we expected, which has affected our overall satisfaction with the center.

While there are some areas that need attention, the great outdoor space and dedicated teachers like Marjan are definite positives.

My sons journey in this centre is coming to an end as of next week and wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff, educators but most of all to Kathleen the centre manager.

My sons experience in this daycare have been amazing with the warm, supportive and nurturing educators my son has felt very cared for and the educators have helped my sons development and needs in so many ways.

Headstart is a high-quality day care center who is clearly managed by a very kind and very supportive manager Kathleen who has provided a inclusive atmosphere where my son Caleb felt very cared for and supported throughout the years that he has been here.

I would like to say thank you to Kathleen for everything she has done to make things easier for me and my son. She has always been attentive to all my questions and was always keeping me up to date with any changes. Special thank you also to Monica, Rosy, Cristy, and Marjan for helping Caleb get through all the ups and downs and how much he knows today. Thank you for all the laughter, the wonderful photos, updates and we will miss all your friendly faces.

Headstart Bella Vista is a wonderful center, my son has been very happy going there. The facilities are awesome, spacious rooms, heaps of toys and beautiful outdoor playgrounds. Meals are prepared onsite and my son always loves them.

Beautifully designed indoor and outdoor environments. Friendly, polite, and kind staff who are always willing to listen and help through any concerns or questions you may have. I have seen my daughter grow beautifully and have observed her develop a genuine love for learning. Highly recommended for the exceptional care and quality education provided here. This has been the best place we’ve found for our kids—a safe, happy, and nurturing environment.
