Today I travelled from Normanhurst for Hawkesbury Eistedford in the Windsor function centre to find we need the copy of the poem. My go to place was to access the Hawkesbury Central Library. Soon as I walked in , I was greeted by the lady ( was in black with specs and unfortunately could not grab her name.) . And offered to help. I mentioned my need to take a printout of a Google document. I am a member in Hornsby and Parramatta but not here. She was still extremely helpful to offer me an option to print using a back up card. And got help for me from Joyce too. Not just the friendly helpful nature made me write this review but their calm collective nature with a smile . I was rushing as the Eistedford event was in 15mins but they managed to calm me too and get my print out. What an amazing service. We need more of these two lovely ladies in this world. I am sure everyone would be happier. No words are enough for their above and beyond service provided. I am member in other libraries but Hawkesbury is very lucky to be served by these two lovely helpful friendly kind ladies. Date : 9th Sep 2023. Time : 9:30-10am. God bless you.

The Windsor Library is wonderful. The staff and atmosphere is friendly, helpful and staff go out of their way to help with whatever you need. It's a lovely quiet building mostly and I really missed it during the covid shutdown. As I don't have the internet at home I use the library's free wifi and it's very reliable. Sometimes you can sit and use your own laptop, phone or tablet or use the library's own PC's. There are restrictions with their comps but none if you bring your own. I highly recommend this place particularly if you are studying like I did last year.
