Awful service. Item never received & their incompetent courier which is called ‘Courierplease’ lied and said they tried to driver but failed. They left no call-back card and so not have contact details online to reach them. When I got in touch with Harris Scarfe for a refund, they kept stalling quoting several excuses, quoting they need to investigate then they need to recall the item. Meanwhile, it’s more than 3 weeks now & I have nether the item nor my money back. Very bad customer service that are unhelpful and rude. Would never purchase anything again from them. People deserve better!

An extremely well organised venue with an excellent selection of merchandise for sale. I was impressed with the variety of homewares, electrical, bedding & other assorted goods for sale. A very obliging staff was very helpful in assisting in our purchases & looking forward to returning in the near future.

Be sure to lie when making returns. Honesty isn't rewarded even if the product is returned exactly the same either way. Brand new and kept in perfect hygenic condition. If I lied, I would have got my money back, and the product wouldn't be in the bin for no reason. Well done capitalism.

Always good sales to bring things down into a good price range. Lots of nicer homewares and kitchen gear.

Not as sure about the clothes, except the only fitting rooms are in the women's underwear section so as a bloke I felt like someone would think I was a creep when I was just trying some shorts on.
