Our family were not notified of our relatives death until four days after the fact… with a phone call asking what they should do with his personal belongings. We are just at a loss to understand how this could happen when the facility had next of kin contacts but told the funeral director that there was no family. There are many issues associated with this and we are trying to follow up wit Harbison Care but they are not responding to our attempts to find out what happened.

My mum was in the dementia unit and food was cold and not alot of drinks given out .some of staff really good other staff where ye I will not comment.staffing very lack of.all I can say thank god I was there and also my sister good luck staff shortages very ? bad

Have found the nursing staff to be excellent. Very kind and caring. Place is clean and there is always plenty of activities scheduled to engage residents. Management has been decent and communication pretty good.

Absolutely degusting place.
Unprofessional in everyway.
Staff are only worried about there mobile phones and Facebook.
The worst level of care I have ever seen.
Ask staff simple questions about family and they can't answer it.
Shame,shame shame.
It should be a 0 rating.
