Have done first aid / CPR courses for 15 years and each time I always learn plenty more. In particular, Melissa was easily the best instructor I have ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, practical, and above all a genuinely nice person. FYI - I was the only person in the class. I would assume most businesses would cancel and reschedule to another day - but not Melissa.

For "First Aid Training" highly recommend them for their service and professionalism. Only attended a short practical class and have chosen my own time to complete the online theory. Most importantly so many time slots were available (for the practical) throughout the day. I must acknowledge whenever needed received proper guidance and support from Melissa. Not only she was helpful, but also extremely knowledgeable by profession.

Thank you for an incredible day of training at our workplace. The Women's Health Road front of house team feel inspired and confident to respond and be helpful if needed. We loved everything! Booking was easy, your mixed media theory complemented all the practics and the team assessment wasn't too scary. We've already put next year in the calendar. Highly recommend for any team.

We recently had Melissa and Kelly from Hand on Heart First Aid conduct an onsite training session for our team.
From the booking process through to the actual training on the day, they were professional, courteous and the training session was highly interactive and fun. The session was tailored to our needs and we were able to get through the day quicker than expected meaning less down time for our business.
Both Melissa and Kelly are not only First Aid trained but they are also registered nurses which was a great point of difference for our staff.
