I’ve been going to Physio Focus in Gymea Bay for three years. The staff are super friendly, flexible, and really know their stuff. Plus, their prices are affordable, and I’ve always found parking easy around there.

I’ve had a couple of emergencies, and every time I’ve called up, they’ve managed to fit me in on the same day, which I really appreciate. What I love most is their approach—there’s no pressure to book follow-up appointments, when I don't feel like I need them, like you get at some places.

If you’re after quality physio in a laid-back and supportive environment, Physio Focus is definitely the place to go. Huge thanks to the whole team for their fantastic service!

I cannot thank Sean and the team enough for all their kind help. My injury stopped me walking. Today I’m over the moon! Now back to full duties, and allowed to jog! He is very thorough and made sure my excersise’s helped me get better. Even through my frustrations. A big Thank You- highly recommend them

Torn rotator cuff. Doctor suggested physio first before heading for surgery. After 4 months Brandon has me back to to 95% No more needs to be said other than all the staff are awesome! Huge thankyou

Kate & Anna at the front are so welcoming & friendly. Lauren H & Sean have both been so lovely & knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend them all highly enough. Everyone here has made my recovery a lot easier & less stressful.
