My burrito was 90% beans was disgusting really mushy and wet 🤮 couldn’t stomach eating past all the beans to get to what I am assuming was the rest of the ingredients hidden beyond the beans…. Ew. Also got an entirely uncooked chip…

Fast Food Is Not My Forte!
After a long day traveling, we pulled into Gyg at Nowra! Never before have I experienced fast food service like this! Outstanding, not only for fast food but for any fine dining restaurant! Staff including those in kitchen greeted me as I looked lost. Huge credit to American / Canadian young lady who was so kind to offer assistance. 10/10 fast food event. 100% a must visit. This store is a credit to The franchise and all other franchises in the world.

Ordered a Mini Bowl with Pulled Pork. Pickup was easy. The young guy at the counter was Professional and Polite, great to see that. Unfortunately I was missing Cheese and the Coriander looked like it was 3 weeks old. It was slimy and should have been delivered to the compost pile. Also the Corn Chips were stale, very chewy. All in all the Service was great. I will give them another chance to redeem themselves as hopefully this was a one off.

Place was spotless (bathroom as well)
Had two burritos and chips, chips were not hot & they replaced it with a fresh one-smoking hot! This has to be the most positive and upbeat Guzman that we have been to; staff are upbeat and positive and it shows-amazing service

Update: We came back here after awhile. Food got to our table in no time, delicious burrito, tacos and fries.

We came about 2pm ish today and it wasn't busy but I thought the food came out longer than I would expect. They had plenty of staff when we came in with two customers. I hope it's just the teething issues and you guys find your feet soon.

A fairly good Guzman experience was made excellent by the incredible staff at this location. Friendly without being annoying, helpful and also seemingly really happy to be there. Staff were chatting with each other, singing along to the music generally giving the place a good vibe.
