Peter and Annette met us when we checked in and what lovely people. They have done an outstanding job of preparing a self contained apartment with everything we could want. Comfortable bed, hot, strong shower, lovely little kitchen, laundry and a lovely garden to sit next to on the verandah for your evening wine. Could not recommend highly enough. And the price is such amazing value for what you experience.

What a gem of a place! Huge main room, separate laundry, bathroom and kitchenette which were all impeccably clean. The fittings and fixtures are first rate and the little touches such as a couple of pieces of homemade slice on the bench, washing powder and fabric softener supplied as well as beautiful toiletry items in the bathroom all made for a wonderful stay. Just loved it and its been our favourite accommodation so far on a ten day trip through country NSW.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean accommodation. Just gorgeous. One of the best self contained units we have stayed in. Very spacious and a great location. Peter and Annette make you very welcome and are a great help with lots of information on the local area. This is a great place to stay and very competitively priced. And the homemade brownies were amazing. We have stayed in Gulgong a few times. This was the best. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back !

We stayed here once before and found it to be first rate accommodation and that is still the case. Again a fresh slice was left ready for us on arrival. ||It was very well fitted out with everything one would need, including a two plate gas cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area had a dining table, lounge and two lounge chairs. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was very comfortable with loads of room. The bedroom was separate and the room furnished to fit the building.|| ||A modern design bathroom was spacious and top rate.|| ||No WiFi supplied so we used our mobile phone hotspots.

We felt we had missed out by not getting accommodation in Mudgee - well, this turned out to be so wrong. Gulgong is a terrific place to stay - only 20 minutes from Mudgee; and the town is full of character, and the drive to Mudgee is so pretty! The Telegraph Station has only recently been rebuilt - and has been done so wonderfully! The bed was large and easy to sleep in, the facilities/amenities very modern and great, and the bathroom/shower/toilet big enough, and the decor really nice. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stopover at the cottage. It had a comfy bed and all facilities as listed, and a pleasant location. Missed having thick towels though, the ones provided were very thin.

Immaculately clean and spacious apartment, with all the amenities you need for a short or longer stay. Luxurious bedding and towels and thoughtful touches. Friendly, kind and helpful hosts. Also a great location right behind the historic main street. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights during the Huntington Estate Chamber Music Festival. The studio apartment has everything that you could dream of. We highly recommend this accommodation. Comfortable, very clean, and fabulous value for money. We will be back.
