I've taken about 3-4 certification exams here and it's my favorite place to take an exam (weird favorite, I know). I've taken exams in other places and the proctors are basically robots who tell you to sit down and don't cough. GLEC is not like that at all.

First and foremost, it's small and locally owned so big bonus points there. The owner (Anthony) and his wife started this place as a one-stop shop to facilitate people's personal and professional growth. They offer a lot of services I didn't even know about! I go back there because it's such a different vibe than the other exam places. I never want to take an exam anywhere else. I absolutely felt supported and cared about during all of my exam processes. I highly highly recommend this place for any of their services.

Scheduled AOCNP through PSI 3 months out for an early morning weekday exam. When I arrived at GLEC to take my test, no one was there and all the doors were locked. I attempted to call multiple times with no answer. I left a detailed voicemail with my concerns and testing schedule. Finally, more than 30 minutes AFTER my test time, I left to go home. I would advise caution scheduling an early morning test here.

TAKE YOUR TEST SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Scheduled an FAA exam and when I showed up, doors were locked and no one inside. I called and filed a complaint with PSI and as we were speaking, they received the cancellation and refund notice. To the center, don't put a schedule of availalbe time slots on PSI or any other website if you cannot support it. You wasted my time without any prior notification or reason for cancellation. Very unprofessional.

This is such a great location for testing!
I absolutely loved how helpful the staff was during my time there and I hope to be able to use their multiple services (notary, testing, etc.) in the near future!!
