Place an order online for a product which is marked as in stock. Go to collect and at the service desk is a grumpy unfriendly young girl with all the charisma and charm of a potato. Who doesn't help is rude and just looks annoyed that I walked into the shop.

My item was not in stock and was on indefinite back order.

Not happy and won't be back.

Went into store looking for a pantry, told by unsmiling staff there over there. Looked and none, asked tall unsmiling elderly gentleman at checkout if he could check on computer if Mitre 10 Mittagong had some, he didn't really want to. The other staff checked quickly and he said no there wasn't. They made you feel that you were troubling them. I rang them myself outside and the very helpful man at Mitre 10 Mittagong said yes they had some. Great service at Mittagong. Will not go back to Moss Vale.

New to the highlands and had a very pleasant experience in the trade department. Anthony was extremely helpful in advising me on what was best for me as I wasn't sure of the structure of how things would work for my small renovation. This was also followed by lovely service at the counter by Sarah and Max who both took great understanding of my "lack of knowledge" and helped me further. Will refer to anyone and everyone and will surely be back soon. Such a great environment !

These guys are great. We go in there all the time. Staff are always very friendly and very helpful. The plant section is great with the plants well cared for before you buy them.
The loyalty program is also really generous.

Watched aged pensioner er carrying heavy soil bags to car . Offer to help Not on your life. They all look soo u happy work g there

Wish we had Bunnings it alternative nearby Moss Vale. Expensive too

Its a shame the typical hardware range is diminishing in quantity and quality in place of non hardware items making the choice hard to come here first.
Please, go back to basics and make hardware not hard to purchase.
