This place is terrible if you want your kids to feel safe
many times many child has been assaulted by this one child always around the eye area and the staff members keep saying they have a plan in order but it seems its not working. (or just and excuse to say they have done something)

The Principal is running a a full circus with this sort of management the principal should step down something major is going to happen soon if they don't step up there act as I feel all they care about is making money keep saying they are doing there best but they don't not listening to parents concern and parents suggestion

this is not the place to send your child there are many good place in the area don't send them to the guardian in Parramatta

If you don't care about your children safety, send them there.

My best advice to all parents always take pictures of your children before dropping them and after picking them up ?

They are trying to fool the wrong mother, my child have been attending this centre for the past 10 months, at first we both were so happy being there, they have a lot of fun activities and learning program, in the past few weeks, every day my child is there, he would have an accident, they use to report it to me at first, sometimes they would tell me the incident report is not ready for you to read and sign, you will see it next time, I never did. I was very upset, they have just stopped even telling me about the accidents, I would just discover it by myself, call them right away, and they would just denied it! How dare you not telling me about the head injuries! I can see the big bruse on his forehead!!! The blood on his head!

If you really care about your child safety, this is not the best place for you.

Another disturbing thing about the educators here, I really hate it how they would act when we arrive! They would give my child all their attention and focus to the limit they would just ditch the child in their care and leave them confused by themselves waiting for them to serve breakfast! I keep wondering how many time did this happen to my child.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Guardian Childcare and Education Parramatta

I have to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of care and education provided at Guardian Childcare and Education Parramatta. My recent experiences have left me with no choice but to leave a 0-star review.

It's disheartening to witness educators shouting at children, seemingly attempting to teach them through intimidation rather than encouragement. Teaching with wide eyes is not only ineffective but also deeply unsettling for young children.

While the toddlers' room might have some redeeming qualities, the preschool room falls drastically short. Expecting three-year-old children to behave like adults in their twenties is not only unrealistic but also damaging. Children at this age should be allowed to explore, play, and learn at their own pace, not be subjected to inappropriate expectations that instil fear and anxiety.

The fact that my child is now afraid to attend the centre speaks volumes about the negative impact of the environment on their well-being. As a parent, it's distressing to see my child scared to go to a place that should be nurturing and supportive.

In conclusion, Guardian Childcare and Education Parramatta has failed to meet even the most basic standards of childcare and education. I strongly advise against entrusting your child's care to this centre until significant improvements are made in their approach to teaching and nurturing young minds.

A wonderful childcare centre with caring educators and excellent programs
I enrolled my daughter in Guardian Childcare, Parramatta two years ago when she was 2 years old. I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff, the spacious and well-equipped facilities, and the convenient location near the light rail station.
I love how the centre provides a variety of educational and developmental programs that suit my daughter’s interests and needs. She enjoys the art workshop, the music sessions, and the outdoor play areas. The centre also provides nutritious and delicious meals that cater to her dietary requirements. The educators are always responsive and supportive, and they keep me updated on her progress and activities through the app. The centre also organizes fun and engaging events for the children and families.

Very pleased with the care and education at Guardian Parramatta. My daughter loves her educators and enjoys playing, singing, learning and creating. Meals and nappies are included in your fees and the centre organises for different health check ups through the year which you can opt in to (eg dental, speech screening). I also appreciate the family events throughout the year. Ample parking for pick up/drop off.

Amazing staffs and teachers. My baby Aarav is in the nursery room and all the teachers are so supportive and caring. My baby adjusted so well within 2 months and now he wants to go daycare even on weekends 😀

My little one joined the guardian centre since he was 10 months and he moved to preschool earlier this year. He has been welcomed and loved by the teachers in every room he has been in.
Since his move to preschool, he still makes sure to go cuddle the room leader the toddler room in the morning and afternoon. He doesn't miss the room as he has outgrown it, just the teachers. The incredible staff make this place truely wonderful for him.

Great education,loving atmosphere, my son stays in the centre nearly 2 years, he attends 5 days a week , improved his social skills and fine motor skills, he is happy to go and made many friends in the preschool room.
The nursery team members are wonderful, they take amazing care of the children, and truly put the health and wellness of the children at the forefront!
