I was told that I would receive a fee schedule for soil testing after much mucking around as no one returned any calls made to this company. Then when it didn't arrive in the timeframe expected, had to contact them again and then be told that the test that should have taken 7-10 days would take longer! Poor communication (as everyone else had to do the follow up), poor service and lack of care factor! Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend to anyone. On another note, a company in Armidale responded on the same day and with a fee schedule. Guess where I'm going!
