After moving my children from another preschool & learning that this centre was too newly taken over we took the chance as we had heard some lovely feedback & a lot of the educators we loved from our previous centre had moved there! This has been the best decision ever! The educators are absolutely amazing! Directors and chef are the best! And the learning the children do is fantastic my boy in preschool room has came leaps and bounds with the school readiness that’s being done! I would definitely highly recommend this preschool! If you want your children loved, educated and for them to have an amazing outdoor setting this is where you need to be!

Absolutely great bunch of people! My son attends the centre 3 days a week in the nursery room, Eden and Jay absolutely fantastic with my son and always go above and beyond for my boy. Since my son started at grow mid year, he has learnt the most incredible things, I wasn’t aware he would be doing these things as he was so young but due to the environment and the beautiful girls in his room helping and teaching him with new things has blown me away. These girls always spend 1 on 1 time with each individual child making them grow more and more educational and physically and mentally. I honestly wouldn’t want my son to go anywere else, my son comes home doing new things every day. They are always lovely and greet you with warm welcome and always up for a chat if there is any issues you may be having. Both Amy and Brittany are always great and helpful if you have any questions. These girls in the nursery room should be congratulated on all there hard work for this year!! Would’ve done without you!! Overall fantastic school to send your child!

I was trying to enrol my 3 years old child in this child care. We have been told that they have 5 days vacant. Therefore, we started filling out the forms.
Then, we have been asked to do one orientation session, which we have done.
I had an email confirming the sart day 3 weeks later.
I called them to ask if we could start earlier, but the answer was no.
A few days later, I had a call asking me to do another orientation session !!!!
I did follow the instructions and did it.
I felt that myself and my child were not welcomed in the centre (as? Because we both have dark skin and black hair).
The next day, I called them, they said there is another person wants to talk to us before enrolment.
The day after I called as no one called me, they said no need for another person to talk to me. However, they need to check availability.
A few days later, they called me saying there is no availability despite having an email confirming the starting date in the next 3 days from today's date.
I had a bad feeling and believed that they did not like my son and my skin and hair colour.
Thank you #grow_early_education_kelso for being racist.

I had a bad review put up about this company/ centre last year for something they had done. The big manager made me take it down for me to get my money back that they had fraudulently taken. They have done it again and think it’s okay to keep doing it. What they are doing is putting my family in financial hardship and they are not doing their jobs correctly at all and fraudulently taking money from my account without my consent or proper notification before taking from my account like it legally should be provided. My children no longer attend this daycare and they think it’s okay to be stuffing around with peoples financial lives and taking money from them without proper notification prior to taking money from an account. This company need to get better at their financial side of things because at the moment the way they are going about everything is classified as being fraudulent.

To begin with in September 2021 this service was fantastic. I started to notice about 8-10months ago that things started to go down hill a bit and started to notice a lot of the staff leaving. I have previously worked in the industry and noticed there was a lack of monthly observations, and when asked to fill out a daily diary on what my child ate they only did it 3 times in a couple of months. There is 1 handful of great educators there out of the whole service that I had interacted with, and most of them left. I had brought my issues up with the director and did not see any improvement after a couple of weeks. My child was involved in an incident where there was bleeding from the genital area which resulted in a hospital trip to rule out any foul play. Upon pick up that day I was only told that my child had a great day. It took 3 bussiness days for the service to find out what had happened, which shows there was a major lack of supervision in the yard space. This incident should not have gone unoticed and if correct supervision was in place, this incident 100% could have been avoided. I had to make a complaint to the Department of Education regarding this incident, along with the lack of observations, out of ratio etc. It has now been 3 weeks since I unenrolled my child, 15 bussiness days and I am yet to still recieve my refund from my account being in credit. I have emailed the service 3 times in the past couple of days to no response. This is not good enough and I am highly dissapointed in this outcome. This service has gone down hill and the reputation is turning bad.
