Greystone is the PERFECT venue for a wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the grounds so well kept. The accommodation was perfect for our families which made the weekend even more special being able to have everyone onsite.
The staff were fantastic the whole time. Nothing was ever too much to ask and they really went above and beyond to make sure our wedding and subsequent weekend away was perfect.
We can't wait to come back in a few years with all our friends & family and relive our wedding memories.

An Exquisite Retreat Venue - Greystone Estate

This is my second year running my Divine Goddess retreat at Greystone Estate, and I am thrilled to say I will be returning next year. The property is simply incredible, and the luxurious accommodation ensures a truly rejuvenating experience for all our participants.

From the moment we arrive, we are met with exceptional professional service. The response time to any of my queries is always quick, and the in-house chef and team are unparalleled in their attention to detail and culinary excellence. We take full advantage of the stunning property, dining in various beautiful areas, each offering a unique and delightful ambiance.

One minor downside is that the pool isn't heated, which would be a fantastic addition for the cooler months. Despite this, the overall experience at Greystone Estate is nothing short of extraordinary. If you're looking for a top-tier venue for your wedding, event or retreat, look no further than Greystone Estate. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, Fantastic Staff - We hosted our corporate event for Fluke Australia here. We hosted 15 staff members for the full week as a strategic meeting. while connecting our staff for our end of year celebration - inviting the remainder of our team. Greystone was incredibly accommodating and made the experience easy and stress free. Hayden and his team were always there for any request I had, big or small. The Food - cant even begin. The Food was incredible, this part made the event even more perfect - we hosted 2 dinners on site during our event and no request was to big! I highly recommend and it is an incredible venue. Corporate or Wedding, this is a worthy venue!

Every single detail of the venue was perfect.
Hayden and Amelia had amazing communication and were so thorough and helpful.
The accomodation is stunning and there are many rooms, beds and bathrooms for your entire bridal party and family to stay.
The wedding day itself was flawless. From the ceremony space, the cocktail and reception area and there are countless places to get fabulous photos with your new husband and/or wife.

I am a celebrant who loves working at Greystone Estate.

The Air Pavilion is a dream ceremony location- one of my all-time faves. It’s got the outdoor feel with open sides but with a roof so you don’t have to worry about the rain or the scorching heat. They have cracked the code for the perfect ceremony space in the Hunter Valley.

Their fully air-conditioned function centre has the capacity to effortlessly host up to 125 seated guests. It’s a well-designed space that bathes in natural light. The three feature chandeliers and the gas fireplace add a touch of mood lighting and a bit of wow factor. I've MC-ed here before, and trust me, it was a vibe – modern and minimalist in the best possible way.

As the night unfolds, Greystone Estate turns into a fairy-tale wonderland. Windy pathways are all lit up, there's up-lighting transforming manicured gardens and grand gum trees into a spectacular backdrop for your night. And that external fireplace? Perfect for some cozy chats.

This place has luxury accommodation for up to 32 guests across 15 bedrooms, an outdoor pool and a large games room ensuring your celebration is not just a day but a memorable stay.

Your wedding at Greystone Estate is not just an event; it's a curated experience. Hayden and Amelia are like wedding wizards with top-notch communication and thoroughness. Their mission? To make your celebration unforgettable. They're basically the dream team you never knew you needed.

Greystone Estate is our dream wedding venue – we could not be happier with how our wedding day/weekend unfolded. From the ceremony in the beautiful white air pavilion, to the large reception room with chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, it was pure magic. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and managed everything perfectly on the day. They assisted with making the day run smoothly and made sure everything looked exquisite. We highly recommend Greystone Estate to all future brides & grooms to be!

Thank you to Hayden, Meg, and Imogen for their hard work on our special day. We are so pleased we went with Greystone for our two night stay and wedding, and couldn’t recommend them more.

The team went over and beyond, from the months of planning and coordination, recommendations and guidance, to serving espresso martini’s on a platter to the dance floor instead of making guests get it themselves from the bar, taking party Polaroid shots for us without asking, and coordinating everything on the day. Everything went perfectly (despite it being 40 degrees with a thunder storm) p, and the grounds and ceremony/reception spaces were spectacular!

If we could do it all over again just to work with the Greystone team once more, we would. Thank you again!
