I didnt appreciate constantly being told “we’re not your friends julitha”. I already knew that.

I didnt appreciate being rung up by management on friday 30 september 2022 and being ripped to pieces making me cry me begging them to stop them ignoring me and continuing to do this pushing me over the edge completely to a nervous breakdown and when i repeatedly ask afterwards to discuss it i got ignored

Being told i have no supports for the week of 7 march 2023 on monday 7 march 2023 leaving me completely housebound then on tuesday 8 march 7 am receiving an email saying my contract has been terminated duw to them not having support workers to support me not even saying they appreciated having me as a client for for four years not wishing me the best in the future not even lifting a finger to offer me any assistance in finding another careworker provider. If i didnt have my support coordinator to help me i would have been in dire straits as i wouldnt have known how to look for another careworker provider so wouldve been housebound with no support workers at all. When I confronted the member of management about the email she shouted “im not going to apologise to you! I was following business protocol!”

Didnt appreciate the ceo sending me nasty letters every time i wrote a complaint reducing me to tears each time.

Didnt appreciate being ignored sometimes for a whole fortnight when i made an inquiry.

Didnt appreciate being told theres no room at that organisation for compassion empathy or understanding as its a business and everybody gets treated the same and i have to learn to put verbal abuse behind me and move on every single time.

Didnt appreciate one staff member from the office slandering me all over facebook

Didnt appreciate one member of management reaching out to be my friend which they shouldntve done anyway and when i tried to talk about my problems with greystanes they would constantly try to shut me up and when i wouldnt shut up they ended the friendship by text and blocked me on facebook.

Told them my favourite uncle was dying and was having a hard tme dealing with this they gave me the silent treatment not one word of sympathy or any acknowledgement that i had told them that.

They knew i almost died in december 2021 of sepsis and had to stay in hospital and rehab for six months but they were extremely nasty to me when i got out of hospital.

Objected to having to handwrite my complaints on a form each time and not being allowed to email it instead as i couldnt leave the house to go all the way to leura to pick one up.

This organisation was very unethical very unprofessional and very cruel to me

I was a client of this organisation for over three years and without talking to me about it on 6 march 2023 Greystanes cancelled my shifts with careworkers for wednesday and friday for that week forcing me to be housebound and then on tuesday 7 march i received an email from Greystanes stating theyre terminating my contract with them with four weeks notice. And Greystanes kept being really harsh with me most of 2022 and this year i think they are really cruel. No warning that i was going to be thrown out of this organisation so if i didnt have my support coordinator to find me somewhere else i dont know what i could have done
