If you are a Pre-ETC student, be prepared for a difficult placement. The center director, Angela, and her mother, Frances, may treat you with little to no respect. You might miss your 10-minute afternoon tea break, and Frances may even point in your face and accuse you of lying if she thinks you left for lunch five minutes early. Angela will likely continue to create issues for you, insisting that you respect someone who openly disrespects you.

Unfortunately, the only skills you’ll gain at this center are mopping floors and cleaning toilets—don’t expect to learn anything from your mentor. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. If they treat students this poorly, imagine how they treat with your children. Be cautious.

Both my kids are so excited to go to Greenwood in the morning!
The educators are fantastic, caring and supportive. Angela, the manager, is always available and accommodating. The premises are really nice too.
But for me, the most important is the team of educators and teachers. They are wonderful in Greenwood Chatswood East.

My son started Greenwood when he was 3 and now almost 5 he has grown and developed in many different areas thanks to all the lovely educator that have taught him and also very caring and nurturing. I wouldn’t send my son anywhere else , I love they way the educator support my son and his needs and Angela the centre manager always for being on top of everything and can trust to get response very quickly and provides the best quality care for all children and their families. I’m am very happy when I pick up my son and hear all the fun things he has done the educators are all very lovely. I also love the way food is cooked and provided for the children very healthy and yummy I like to thank Greenwood for showing the best care for my son much appreciate

Above and beyond by all carers! The team and manager, Angela, are absolutely excellent. Our 2 little ones have been here for 5 months and love getting in the car to go there every morning and don’t want to leave at pick up! Real caring and nurturing environment with a great preschool syllabus.

What stood out today was that our preschooler lost her teddy at pickup. All carers stayed back to look for teddy and then Angela called me to say that she would make sure we got him back. She stayed back late into the night using her own time and with the help of her own little daughter, they delivered our beloved teddy direct to our home late tonight! What can I say- a true show of devotion and care to all the families and children of their centre.

Wish I could give Angela and her team more than 5 stars!!

Our 3 boys are going to Greenwood Chatswood East since they were 8 months old. Now our older son is 4.5 yrs and our twin boys are 2. We love everything about Chatswood east Centre(mainly Staff, location, food and the price). Centre manager(Angela) is amazing and always approachable. The educators are like family to us. Our Kids love going there, drop off is so easy, no crying and no dramas. That’s the best indicator for us that they love going there. We actually tried a different preschool this year for our older son, but realised that he gets better preparation for school at Greenwood CE than that preschool. So he returned to Greenwood CE. The lovely chef Sehee cooks fresh healthy food everyday which our kids love eating. We would 100% recommend Greenwood Chatswood East to anyone we know.

Wonderful, interactive and full of learning. So much activity, craft and fun play for all the children, day in day out. Best feature is the staff, they are incredibly caring and supportive for individual needs. They have lots of family activities during the year but not too many to handle. Communication, parking and checkin in/out is fast, easy and reliable. We started in May 2023 and couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the centre. Highly recommend.

I have two sons at Greenwood Chatswood East (4 and 20 months). All of the staff are wonderful, always smiling, and provide amazing care and education to our boys who both really love going there. Both boys have flourished since they started at the centre. The extended opening hours make the work life juggle easier and we are always grateful for the regular updates and photos on the app and communication is excellent. My son has been attending Greenwood Chatswood East for 2 yrs and I cannot be more happy with their service, educators and their premises. There are good outdoor areas for children to play and my soon is very engaged with all the activities and learning exercises. Overall it has been an excellent place.
