Walked in on Monday mid morning, sat out the back and had a few schooners and a nice lunch from the Bistro. Everything was great, staff were excellent - thank you very much to all.

A meal in this restaurant won't disappoint! Couldn't believe the sizes of our dishes! Good value, friendly staff, nice view over the river, clean and spacious. We were told the chicken schnitzel is freshly crumbed before cooking- it was very tender. And my honey prawns were beautifully cooked, not tough and the sauce was real honey - not fake. Then a visit to the pokies ended the night on a high! Winning all round!
P.S we couldn't resist returning again tonight, spent some of our winnings?. Hubby had the pork omelette- again a large serve that was so tasty. And I had the sizzling king prawns- heaps of prawns and very tender, perfectly cooked in a lovely sauce. The staff were again very helpful and friendly. Very highly recommend!

Found it very friendly. Even though the coffee counter only opened at 11am and we were there at 10:30am the lady was very accommodating and made us a lovely coffee and the cakes that she makes herself were excellent ?. One drawback is that they didn't have Almond milk for our coffees.
Meals were good with fair servings. However, we did initially order the share snack platter and paid, and after some 15 min they came over and said they didn't have any of the ingredients for it. It would be advisable if the kitchen staff had a quick meeting as to what is and what isn't available, this will save face for the girl at the counter.
The lounge are by the windows is a favourite spot, it does get quite hot though, so you may need a few more pints to ease the heat.
The view is just lovely, overlooking the water with pelicans cruising up and down feeding, great entertainment. You can also watch as they service the oyster farms. There is a kids playground.
A nice small club with excellent walking distance from the Coral Tree Lodge caravan park.
If you visit Greenwell Point often it's worthwhile becoming a member ?

$18 roast of the day. Came in at 5pm ish on a Sunday during a long weekend. Took half an hour for the 2 roasts of the day and a kids spaghetti to come out.
Very underwhelming meals.
Kids' spagetti was $12.

Small Club with a lay back atmosphere and a nice view overlooking the water. The Club has been refurbished in the last 5- 10 years so looks fairly modern and clean. The staff and locals are super friendly and parking is available on site. Do not expect a trendy Bistro menu as the restaurant only serves the usual throw back Chinese meals. The meals are served quickly and are in
generous portions and reasonable priced and tasty.

Lovely view (if you sit outside). Food tasted good and cooked well. Over priced for the environment. A reno/refresh would be great and would make it feel like it offered value. It was busy so didn't get seating for the bistro indoors -only an old stinky cigarette-smelling area.
Chinese restaurant signage was poor. I almost walked in thinking it was part of the bistro. Not a member so once walked out to the outdoor seating couldn't get back in. Frustrating for guests which means would very likely won't return.

Pelicans were being fed sometime between 7 and 7.30pm. It was breezy sitting outside but much better than being stuck indoors in the out-dated decor. The wonderful quality food could be enjoyed better outside. Forgot to take photos of the food because was too distracted by the pelicans.

Upgrade of building / decor required.
