I’ve been practicing with Green for almost a year. Her teaching style is a perfect balance of guidance, support, and challenge, which makes each class feel accessible yet motivating. She pays close attention to individual needs, offering modifications that cater to all levels (beginner or advanced). Green has an incredible ability to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. I really enjoy practicing yoga with Green and couldn’t imagine going elsewhere!

The aerial classes here are often the highlight of my week. Green encourages everyone to challenge themselves and is incredible at providing tailored guidance to each student in the class. Each class is different but always so fun.
The studio space is also a beautiful sanctuary that makes the classes even more enjoyable.

I absolutely LOVE the yoga classes. Green is a amazing instructor, shes caring and considerate of everyone’s body, she will encourage you to try challenging poses while also providing alternative poses. It’s a great mix of flexibility, balance, strength and mobility. The studio is beautiful and tranquil, I feel great after every class and look forward to the next one.

Five years ago, I was at a breaking point, both physically and mentally. I desperately needed support to overcome my weakness. Fortunately, I met Green and discovered the power of yoga. Since then, I've gradually regained my strength.
