We drove two hours to go here and make a day of the ninja day camp followed by the beach.
The kids said enjoyed their day camp. I asked if they learned any new skills and they said no, but they got a good work out and burnt off some steam.
The staff were pleasant. They were all quite young. My experience could have been improved if we were greeted and told how to sign the kids in - the other two parents in the foyer were greeted and we sort of stood there awkwardly for a couple of minutes while the girl helped a child take their gear off and put it in a locker and then retreated behind the counter. She offered the bare minimum of instruction to us and we had to work wristbands and lockers out on our own. On having never been here before, I'd hoped for a better reception.
An email to say to bring lunch and water (and that they have free filtered water refills) would have been great.
They have quite large groups here and multiple at once so there's a steady flow of people around.
Google maps takes you to the main door. It's right at the back of the industrial park.

We had our Granddaughters 4th Birthday Party at Gravity and it was an excellent venue. Kobi was fantastic with the children, the adults and children enjoyed themselves 🙂

We bought a ten class pass which was recommended by the lady at the centre as the cheapest option for us.
Had all the intention of taking our nearly 3 year old on the Saturday morning classes. As we had heard good things and have lots of people attend the gym.
But after the trail class she did not enjoy it at all.
Decided that I would start her at a later date.
I emailed Gravity Centre to request a refund and had no luck in response. I had to call them multiple times and explain to the lady why we would like a refund and she stated the owner would approve a credit instead. I asked to speak to the owner and she said that she would request for the owner to contact me but “didn’t like the chances” of the refund.

I felt this to be rude. If the owner can take the time to read my email she can that the time to responded to it. I feel “the credit” can be use else where rather than sit on the system doing nothing. I would gone back here once my little one was ready to do classes but I will take somewhere else.
I’ll keep my pass use it and go somewhere.
No empathy to people’s situations and no customer service.

Put your money else where.

Gravity Gym is definitely worth a visit. They have a great selection of activities and equipment that will keep your little ones engaged and entertained. The Ninja Warrior style section is a must-try and a clear favorite among the children.

As soon as you step into the foyer, you'll notice all the extra merchandise available for purchase. It's a nice touch that enhances the experience and gives a sense of belonging. Plus, they have a coffee machine (for a fee) and drinks and chips for sale, which is convenient and reasonably priced.

The only downside is the seating for parents. Unfortunately, there just aren't enough seats to accommodate everyone. Since the gym is located in an industrial area, there's not much else around to do while waiting for your child's session to end. When I inquired about additional seating, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It would be nice if they were more open to feedback and willing to work on solutions.

Overall, this gym is well-equipped and offers plenty of fun activities for kids. Just be prepared to stand if there's no available seating!

Lol 1 hr is 20 or 2 for $25 though it would be a struggle for any kids to stay that long. My six year old was running up the steep ramp where he had to hold on to the side to get up and the young kid whom watches them told him that's cheating instead of showing him or encouraging him and he was shattered after that came to me upset asking if he is a cheat. Didn't want a bar of it after 20 min so we left.

I take my 19m old for the morning session during the weekday. Bloody loves it.
-$10/lesson. No lock in.
The educators/teachers are great, too. They make it worth going.
