I dropped into this gym recently for a seminar and i felt at home straight away.
Everyone was really friendy, there's lots of mat space and it's clean! The coach was very knowledgable and the crew were really good training partners. Can't wait to come again 🙂

First off, the mats are incredibly! The best I've ever been on. There are bathrooms, shower, and change rooms. Blackbelt instructors, who compete and medal. Good atmosphere overall, and good training partners

By far the best dojo in the Illawarra. Profs. Canale and Barreto offer a level of professionalism and commitment that is second to none. Their decades of experience in BJJ, Judo and the grappling arts come together to create an environment focussed on supporting each student to achieve at their highest.
