I have absolutely loved training at Gracie Lawson! I’m doing the Women’s Empowered classes and have noticed how much they have helped to improve my confidence and overall strength. The community feel Lisa and Pat have created is amazing and going to training is such a highlight in my week. A welcoming space for all ages and abilities. Pat and Lisa are open and generous in their instructions; I have especially appreciated that they have taken the time to ensure techniques are being absorbed and any questions addressed before moving on in the sessions. My junior school-aged son has also benefited greatly in confidence and ability from the kids classes. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of picking up BJJ!

Love me some Gracie Jiu Jitsu Lawson! Special shout out to the Women's Empowered class in particular. My first class everyone told me it starts with one class and then you really can't stop going and it's SO TRUE! Its such a welcoming environment and a great place to learn from such wonderful, patient, talented and experienced people. It really puts your brain and body to the test. I would really recommend it for anyone, especially since the teaching is done in such a safe and informative way for all skill levels to understand. Not to mention it's a lot of fun!
