Our experience with Gracie Barra has been absolutely phenomenal! Our daughter Charlie has not only learned invaluable self-defense techniques but has also gained confidence, discipline, and respect for herself and others. Professor Lucas and all of the instructors are incredibly skilled, patient, and supportive, creating an environment that is both fun and focused.

Charlie only commenced earlier this year and was extremely shy. She has grown incredibly amd has met so many wonderful people. Every session is a perfect mix of physical challenges and life lessons, helping my daughter grow both on and off the mat.

Watching her progress has been so rewarding, and we feel so fortunate to be part of such an encouraging community. It is such a great family environment. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a top-notch Jiu-Jitsu program for their kids!

My daughter attends Gracie Barra in Tweed Heads. The staff are amazing, they make you feel like part of a big family. My daughter is very shy and gentle, the training has been so good for bringing her out of her shell and improving her confidence. Would highly recommend you come and join the family too!

Our daughter has been in this school for almost 2 years now and she absolutely loves it. Professor Lucas and the rest of the team are just so good at what they do. They incorporate a little bit of fun with discipline and learning. I especially love how the atmosphere just feels like one big family.

I've been training at Gracie Barra for about nine months, and it has had a truly positive impact on my life. I've lost a significant amount of weight, gained newfound confidence, and built lasting connections. Through my training, I've met people from all walks of life, all brought together by a shared passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The sense of community here is amazing. 2 of my kids go to Gracie jiu jitsu and they absolutely love it.
They have fun, they learn new techniques each session and the professors are amazing at teaching them.
