Coach Glenn has an impressive depth of knowledge and skill in jiu-jitsu, and it’s evident that he genuinely cares about each child's growth.

If you are looking for a gym that is perfect for the whole family, I highly recommend Gracie Barra! Classes start from as young as 3 years old & my son looks forward to his lesson each week with coach Glenn who has had no trouble bringing him out of his shell.
The gym is super clean and modern, and you feel so welcome every single time. I’m looking forward to watching my son progress through classes & building resilience and confidence too!

The best martial arts gym in Nowra. Coach Glenn is welcoming and has a world of knowledge. He runs kids classes with passion and really looks after anyone who steps foot into the gym. They also run women’s self defence classes which we think is a must for all females.
Building the Brazilian jiu-jitsu community with a load of fun. Highly recommend.
