lmao imagine conscripting y12 students into mod 7/8 biology while leaving out the fundamentals within mod 5/6... before randomly adding in some of mod6 content for the 7/8 exam about 'mutagens and mutations' when you haven't even taught them about DNA in 5?

most teachers are good but there's always at least 1 subject the teacher is a karen or racist
year advisors are good and imo they're somewhat more helpful than the principal and assistant principals
principal and assistants dont do sh about bullying at all and also extremely biased
and omg THE FAVOURISTISM IS REALL
some boys do stink a lot and they do yell really loudly playing games but they're always in not quiet carriages so not really that much of a problem
idk i havent seen anything about bergism nor elibib yet
why do i have to wait 10+ minutes to get out of the gates they literally open only 1 of them, often missing the train bc of it
having to wait an extra 4 hours for the train just because a tree fell is literally unacceptable (at least we got new trains tho)
the food's pretty good especially garlic bread and cinnamon muffin

juniors are a shocker, they don't know how to act on the trains
be prepared for heavy bags and a lot of walking up stairs
big ups to mr marchant, always consistent with telling us the latest complaints on the trains
school interior is old, but the resources are still pretty good
overall good school, best on the coast probably

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Gosford high School. The education is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the lessons will go over a typical student’s head. There’s also Big Ando’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The Students understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these lessons, to realise that they’re not just educational- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Gosford High School truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Big Ando’s existential catchphrase “White socks only,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Big Ando’s genius wit unfolds itself in their classrooms. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂

the juniors r bums tho and bc of them, the boys bathroom is now locked outside breaks

canteen food is nice, there is a wide variety of stuff to eat but i only ever get the meat pies
teachers are hospitable and classroom environments are good (but old)
no ac in hot summer (unless ur in tas block or other select rooms) maths block is way up high and subject to direct sun

if ur a parent reading this then there isn't really actual racism cause we all multicoloured like neapolitan ice cream my groups like the rainbow

Terrible children. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The kids there are literal monkeys leading to the creation of a religeon known as "bergism". Literal garbage I would not reccomend the investment into this school. Just the thought of it makes me want to vomit. The kids are horribly behaved and need a good stick of deoderant. They literally stink like monkeys and they go to a zoo for a school. Utter rubbish.
