My daughter started here when she was 5 months old, couldn’t stand and so young. But the centre has been so lovely and caring for her that she just took a day to adjust to the new centre. Never saw her upset at the centre! Pravina was her educator. She hand fed her, played with her and this is where she learned walking. So many memories here! I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.

I was about to give up looking for a service that I would feel comfortable to send my child to until I found Goodstart Wentworthville.

The Centre Manager’s communication was outstanding, I received updates and follow ups from my enquiry up until every minute I drop my child off. I always see the management team engaging with their staff and children respectfully and they are always having fun, laughing and enjoying each other’s company.

My child’s confidence skyrocketed since attending Goodstart Wentworthville and started walking, interacting with different age groups, and showing lots of new skills in just under a month!

The service is always there when I need them. It’s a great community that every family needs as part of their support system.

What I love the most is that everyone knows my child, not just the educators in the room which made me feel reassured that he is loved and valued by the whole centre, as well as all the other children there. I have never seen a child upset that wasn’t attended to or comforted by an educator.

I highly recommend Goodstart Wentworthville as a safe and loving environment for the children and families.

My son has been attending the centre for a few months now. We had a horrible experience when we first placed our son in care and moved him to Goodstart Wentworthville as it was recommended to us by a friend who also had her children enrolled at the centre. When we used to drop our son at his previous centre, he would cry and scream for us every morning and genuinely seemed unhappy. But since moving him to Goodstart Wentworthville, he has never cried. The centre has highly motivated, caring and consistent staff who show interest in getting to know my son. The educators have always been wonderful in communicating with us about his day and worked in partnership with us in regards to his routine and individual needs. The centre itself is very clean, tidy, organised and well resourced. Highly recommend!!

I'm happy and thankful for giving a good start for both my kids. My daughter had a good time in learning, healthy activities and development which was a base for her schooling. Now my son is enjoying his everyday like his second home, goes happily in the morning. Learn their daily skills and behaviour needed as a child. Thanks to all the educators in Goodstart wentworthville. Special thanks to Raziya, Tracey, Suman, Vaishali and Simran. Highly recommended for their clean and safe environment and focused learning.

The staff are so lovely and committed to the children. My child is in the nursery room and the educators there never stop coming up with amazing ideas and experiences. The whole team truly cares about the children in their care and never fail to greet me and my child. Genuine warm welcomes, lots of follow ups and true connections. I recommend this centre to all!

I am deeply disappointed with the way this child care facility is being managed. There are not just a few, but hundreds of issues that need to be addressed. My child dreads going to this place every day, as the staff members are consistently grumpy and unapproachable.

What concerns me the most is the regression in my child's toilet training since she started attending this center. She has started using nappies again, and there have been instances where she has come home with the same nappy on multiple occasions. When I raised this concern with the manager, she made feeble attempts to defend the situation, which only added to my frustration.

Furthermore, my child frequently comes home with unexplained bruises on her lower limbs. It is extremely distressing to discover these bruises during bath time, as we are never informed about any incidents or accidents that may have caused them. This lack of communication is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and supervision provided at this facility.

Another issue that I encountered was the poor quality of food provided to the children. My child would often come home after being kept hungry for extended periods of time. Despite voicing my concerns for months on end, I saw no signs of improvement in their approach to providing adequate and nutritious meals.

After enduring these numerous issues for an extended period, I ultimately made the difficult decision to withdraw my child from this child care facility. It is disheartening to see the lack of improvement and disregard for the well-being and development of the children. I would strongly advise against enrolling your child in this establishment.

My little daughter started at Goodstart Wentworthville when she was 11 months old. Right from our tour of the centre at the beginning, the orientation days, staff helping us understand all the admin and my daughter starting at the centre - all of the staff were/are incredibly welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly.

My daughter has made huge improvements in her gross motor skills, fine motor skills and social/emotional learning since starting at Goodstart Wentworthville. There is a real family feel to the place and all the staff know my daughter and say hello to us when we arrive (not just the Nursery staff).

The staff are so caring, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a wonderful place for my daughter and I highly recommend this centre to all parents.

They are very polite, sweet and always welcoming with a smile. The love and affection they show towards my baby makes her feel at home and comfortable. Special thanks to Vaishali in educating my baby and focusing on some of the key goals / learnings’ outcomes.
