We had a tour and it was great. Staff was very friendly n helpful, answered all my questions, they have educators worked in there for 10+years which we liked it. Unfortunately we had to move out of the area, otherwise we would definitely enroll our child in here.

As a placement student in this centre. First of all, I would like to say that this center is really professional, no matter from the arrangement of activities, taking care of the ability of children and teachers, are very professional. Secondly, the teachers here are really responsible for every child. I have had a very happy experience and learned a lot during my five weeks here.

My son has been enrolled with good start north ryde centre since he was 2.5 years old. Teachers here are very responsive and friendly. They set up a great diversity of activities for children to develop their skills to match their milestones. The centre is with good hygiene and providing nutritious food to make sure kids are keeping health. We really would like to recommend good start if you consider enrolling your kid in early childhood centre!

I am very grateful for the care and attention my child have received from Goodstart North Ryde (Macquarie Centre). My eldest child attended this centre from the age of 2y3m and graduated beginning of this year, and my younger child has been attending since November last year in the Nursery room. The experience with both children has been nothing short of excellent.

One of the biggest challenges for us was my younger child's difficulty with separation. Leaving him at childcare each day was initially a tough experience, but I have been continually impressed with how the staff at Goodstart North Ryde handle this. They are incredibly compassionate and patient, always offering the reassurance and support my child needs. Every time I pick him up, it is clear how happy and well-adjusted he is, which speaks about the nurturing environment they provide.

I'd like to give special recognition to the centre director (Echo) and the second-in-charge (Mariella). They have always been approachable, understanding, and dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for both the children and their families. Their leadership and commitment truly stand out. In addition to these key staff members, I also want to recognise Lily, Laima, Ting, Tracy, Ivy, Lucy, Shruthi, Tania, Teresa, Vicky, Noor, Rachel and the cook Colleen. Each one of them has made a significant impact on our experience, especially knowing that our child is surrounded by such dedicated and caring individuals is incredible reassuring. I hope that Goodstart North Ryde recognises and appreciates their hard work and dedication.

Another thing that sets this centre apart is its on-site kitchen. It is comforting to know that the food is freshly make instead of being catered elsewhere by the centre.

The centre offers a warm, nurturing environment where my children feels loved. The staff are not only professional but truly care about each child's individual needs and development.

Additionally, the staff turnover at Goodstart North Ryde is impressively low, which I believe contributes to the consistent, high-quality care my children have received. It is comforting to see familiar, friendly faces every day.

Overall, Goodstart North Ryde has exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to any parents looking for a childcare centre where their child will be well cared for and happy.

My two daughters are there from nursery room to preschool room. My younger one is now in preschool room. Absolutely the best child care! Staffs are all wonderful. They are genuinely care about every child, treating everyone with love and patience. Really appreciate their kindness to my daughters.
