My child was bitten at this centre and no one saw it. No one gave her the first aid she needed for it! (the bite mark was so bad it lasted over a week) when I emailed the centre my concerns the director did not respond to a single email. Instead only ever called me.
When I met with the director Lisa and room staff they tried to deny the bite mark. My 7 month old daughter attended 5 days a week but they said it didn’t look like a bite mark to them. They tried to tell me i doctored the image and finally the last straw was when they tried to say my child would’ve cried if it happened there and no one heard her crying.
My daughter cried there ALL the time! She’d come home sleepy with red eyes from crying even though I was very clear with my views on the cry it out method and how I didn’t want that for my child. A staff member there told me if they picked up the children to console them they’d have to do it all day.
Do your child a favour. Find another centre.
