We get a new director every six months. My son has been there for almost 4 years and we have had 6 directors during that time! Due to this, there have been many staff changes - many educators have left and new ones have arrived, but none have stayed long. Only two educators have been there for the entire 4 years my son has been attending. Recently, we have also had an influx of new students. Additionally, there is only one educator whose first language is English (and she is brilliant!), but my son's language skills worsening as he copies the educators’ minor grammar mistakes. I regret I didn’t change the daycare earlier. I am looking for a new one now.

Both of my girls have attended Goodstart since they were 6 months old until pre-school and I highly recommend this daycare. The carers who were with the girls since they started have been with the centre their whole stay and turnover is so low as the sense of love, value, community etc is so strong. The educators are amazing and are so knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to make my girls the caring, smart, confident & playful kids they are today! I can not recommend this centre enough! I will tell anyone who will listen!

Good Start West have saved my family in these tricky times! With no close family here, being from the UK, they have taken my little girl under their wing and I completely trust them to care for her whilst I work. She's only been there for two months, but already is settled in and absolutely loves the carers. Big call out to Alkina, Daphne and Kakali, who have been so patient as she settled in and supported her with sleeps etc. I would highly recommend the centre, and feel so lucky to have found them!

My daughter has been in this centre for over a year, starting off in the Nursery at 10 months. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help my daughter enjoy her day. Everyone including staff from other rooms often greet her by name when I am dropping her up or picking her up, which is so nice to see as a parent. She has grown so much in the past year and we know that she learned many of these things from day care. We consider the team at Goodstart West part if our extended family.
As well as providing a primary carer and organising a number of activities where my daughter can play and learn, their office staff are very friendly and have helped make arrangements like swap days and extra days when we needed support at the time our second child was born.
We love the Storypark updates and I'd definitely recommend Goodstart West for any parent looking for a great centre for their kids.
Also, the location is a great bonus.

My son has been enrolled at Goodstart Bondi West for the last 3 years. During that time our family has been extremely impressed by the staff at this centre. The care and compassion that they show for all of the children is clear in everything they do. I've always felt 100% comfortable that my son is not only safe but in a nurturing environment that will help him grow to be a strong and empathetic person.

Our son has been in this centre since he was 18 months old & is only leaving at the age of 5.5 years old to go to kindergarten. In his 4 years at Goodstart he has made a large group of wonderful friends that he absolutely adores & has grown up with. The carers have been very caring & our son feels safe & secure with them. We feel like they are an extended family for our son, so much so that he doesn't want to leave them for 'big school'! The team go above & beyond to help us with anything we need or request & have been a huge support for our family. Our experience with the centre has been nothing short of wonderful.

Goodstart Bondi Junction West is an absolute gold star centre. If you only want the best for your bubba’s, this is the place to send them. The nurses here are second to none in the love, care and attention they provide to our little one, Daphne, Sharmin and the two Bronwyn’s are extremely special women who work tirelessly to ensure the happiness of kids and parents, and the cleanliness and absolute perfect smooth running of this centre. They each regularly go above and beyond their job duties which is something extremely special that is very rare to find in any workplace. I have seen many other nursery’s and childcare centres and you simply cannot compare them to Bondi Junction West, it’s a dream and we are so lucky to have found it. Testament to this is the fact our family moved away from Bondi some time ago, but we would rather drive and travel over an hour each day to keep our daughter at this centre. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. They have gone out of their way to help my girl adjust to daycare and have had huge success. It's only been 4 weeks and the leaps she has made in her development Is amazing! 5 stars all the way
