We have sent our kids to this daycare since 2019, the eldest is now in school and the youngest is in the toddler room. I have full trust in the educators and carers at the centre, they have shown both our boys so much love and care from day 1. My kids have loved coming here and love the staff including the cook who makes delicious and varied food for them. One of the staff still brings fruit for my eldest when he goes there with me for pickup even though he doesn't attend anymore. Whenever we've had issues we've been able to sort it out through communication. Highly recommend.

I just want to warn all other parents if you want to sent your kids this center - Goodstart Bankstown.
This center is not good & provides very bad services !!
I’ve taken my daughter there for 2 months but I was not happy . My daughter stayed in the nursery room
1) the first day I came with my daughter for orientation and it was raining and I don’t have a car so my husband dropped off us earlier , but Noori was not very nice to us, she told me and my daughter have to waiting outside under the rain or came back later but I told her I’m not driving and outside rainning. She didn’t care so my daughter and me have to catched taxi back home.
2) when I bring my daughter came the second day, she cried a lot but the educators didn’t carry my daughter.
3) my daughter came nearly 2 months but didn’t have bib for her.
4) One time I came to pick up my daughter , she was drinking milk with the bottle a lot sand . The educator didn’t care about that .
5) Another day I came to pick up my daughter , her pant was wet a lot and the educator didn’t change for her.
6) the last day I came for pick up my daughter have another educator came her room and told me to get my daughter to check her ears , I was worried and brought my daughter to see the doctor and he was up set and told me too young for check because she not 2 years yet. And that educator just look after my daughter 1 day . While my daughter attending to this center I also took her another family care center for another days but the educator from there said to me my baby is very smart and nothing needs to be checked until 2ys.
7) my husband and me withdrawn and didnt want to give my daughter come this center anymore but she had hand, foot and mouth disease that why she can’t go the last day after we let Noori know we want to withdraw . But Noori called my husband and said we have to bring her come if not we have to pay full price and my husband asked her where’s the policy? She answered from centrelink policy And my husband requested Noori to send him the link by email but she didn’t send it and still take my full money today. My daughter had hand , foot and mouth disease couldn’t come the center and I couldn’t because of money the center then ignored ignore another kids there . The kids heath important more money plzzzzzz.
8) don’t trust the review good this center because It was from the worker there like the photo . It was from director .
9) my cousin also wants to take her son to this center and put on waiting list , Noori called her and want to my cousin training nappy for her son before her son go there .
10) I alway saw some baby on that room cried but educator didn’t care and ignore.
11) and the educators wouldn’t update photo or how your kids everyday on the app untill you have to push them.

I’ll sent this review also to the department of education , they have to review against this center.

The childcare is exceptional and unlike any others in this area. Starting from the director herself to all staff members, they do a phenomenal job every single day developing kids. I can see exponential positive changes in my child’s behaviour in just 3 months. It’s just not about keeping our child safe, they are working hard to fill in the gaps which we can’t do beings busy parents. From settling down my kid till the date, I can’t just thank them enough for what they did to my child.I also had a chat with a number of therapists and everyone did agree to my opinion regarding this brunch of Goodstart. I wish Goodstart Bankstown all the best setting up a standard of another level in this industry.

Wonderful experience and friendly staffs.
I have been this centre for nearly 4 years now, since my first child and now is my second child. I was amazed with all the friendly and excellent works that all of the staffs are performing.
My child is growing and happy each day come to the school.
Specially Ms Nori, the lady sitting in the counter and doing the paper work, she is the main reason that made me patiently doing the re-enrolment for my second child, with new systems and it's seems complicated and harder than the paper work things before. Can't imaging with so many tasks and details, she handles them all well can neatly.

always smile and hello when we arrived. Thank you Ms Nori, thank you all of the teachers and staffs in Good Start Bankstown. It's sad that we are leaving at the end of the year, my son is going to the Primary school. What a wonderful journey we have together!

My daughter was diagnosed with level 2 autism, she started school at 27 months. There is a new principal named Alison. She helped my family get additional funding so that she can study 5 days. She also helped my autistic son in finding a special school. Mrs Alison and all Goodstart Bankstown staffs have been helping my daughter integrate for nearly 2 years and are continuing to do so.
My daughter can now talk and play with her classmates (big improvement).
My family is very happy and very grateful to Alison and all staffs (especially ChanhDung, Najwa, Linda, Hina, Vy, Phuong)...

The best centre in the area. My daughter couldn't be happier. Excellent facility that accommodates for all. Amazing, friendly, caring and nurturing educators. The centre is always clean and beautifully presented well structured not to mention the happy environment.🙂🙏🏼

The centre is really beautiful with lots of lovely and caring educators. My baby loves going there . The nursery educators ( Ada and Linda) are so beautiful that my baby still talks about them. Director (Thi) and office admin (Noori) are so lovely and helpful, and always greet us with smiles. Educators help the transition become smooth and happy. Thanks guys. 👍 I would really recommend Bankstown Goodstart centre to my friends.

My son love going to this centre. He love his teacher Miss Julia and Miss Yung so much always talking about them when back home. This's lovely centre with love caring very friendly staff and also helpful.
