I was with Fairfield Global Skills then transferred to Penrith back in 2014-2015 I had an issue with the lady when I first started, Because I had a job interview at Glenndening I had no credit to call, or time to drop past to say I'm going to be late for my job search efforts I use public transport I went to the interview and when that was finished went straight to the bus stop to get my child, and as usual there bus was late, Then we walked to the office I got there at 4:30 on the dot I had the emails and messages to showing I went to the interview, The lady in charge at that time told me I was to late gave me a lecture on time and said my reasons weren't good enough I had a mark against my name, And I lost money in my payment that fortnight. Punished for doing the right thing. Thank God she left to have a baby. That's the only problem I have ever had in this place All of my other case workers were great always helpful They would make phone calls on my behalf, And I always had an updated resume Stuart and Laura were the best. And the ladys at reception were terrific, Always polite and extremely helpfull, And they coped so much abuse in that place Unfortunately due to injury I was moved to WISE Penrith and what a regretfull nightmare that was.

Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

1. The person that is meant to check up on me missed multiple appointments when I first joined.
2. After escaping a terrible situation I was in, I emailed them my new phone number and never heard a response until I reached out, only then was I informed that the email address was for a different service.
3. The man I'm meant to have my Zoom meetings with STILL hasn't provided his Zoom information and I had to reschedule my classes and I haven't heard anything from him since.
4. The person that I mentioned in point 1 has cut me off mid sentence multiple times when I try to explain things and will ignore certain things I say or demand answers I don't have.
5. The same person from point 1 called me three days in a row on a privet number. I do not answer privet numbers due to something in my past and I didn't receive an email or text until they randomly booked me for an 11:30am phone meeting and then and only then did they email me.

There's so much more but I don't have the time to write every horrible thing. These people are terrible quality and if I could go lower then one star, I would. These guys are so rude and will ignore you as often as possible. DO NOT join them at all. Absolutely terrible.

As a genuine job seeker, you do the right thing follow protocol and certainly committed to sourcing secure employment for oneself
