Absolutely atrocious service. No local number so you are forced to call their Sydney line and be put on hold. If you request a call back, you won't get one. If you wait too long on the call, you are disconnected. When your call gets disconnected while talking to someone, you won't get a call back. Have fun repeating this loop!

In my first few months here, I was basically passed around as none of their agents wanted me. Guy I'm stuck with now has me in every 2 weeks for 5 minutes to ask if anything has changed and tries to force me out of an industry I have 15+ years of experience in.

Nothing changes. They do not help. Go to a different provider.
