I am very happy to come to global skills to see Wendy every appointment and global skills staffs. They offered excellent customer service. All ladies are beautiful.

Extremely poor, unreasonable, rude, and utterly unhelpful. They just randomly offer you jobs and demand you to take them. If you express that the job isn't suitable for you, the female staff member starts arguing with you and pressures you into agreeing! I don't even know her name; she never introduced herself from the beginning. She always speaks in a commanding tone, showing no respect whatsoever! She recommended one or two jobs that completely clashed with my schedule, and when I said they weren't suitable, she began complaining that I didn't want to work at all! If it's so easy for me to find a job, why do I need their help? It's absurd! They even tried to force me into volunteering, insisting that I must agree to do 15 hours of volunteer work per week for three months, and it wasn't even for a charitable organization helping those in need; they wanted me to work at Warehouse . They used my lack of work experience as an excuse to coerce me into doing what should have been paid work! They said no experience means no pay! It's a terrible place, with rude female staff members who won't even disclose their names. Are there too many complaints against them?

Unprofessional & Inept.
I found the staff to be Condescending, Unprofessional, Inept & Rude.
Every time I asked a question, it would be ignored until I asked a second or third time, then I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as if asking for information that would help me find employment was wrong.
I was repeatedly given incorrect information.
When I addressed all of this with the supervisor on my last visit, I was given excuses before it was disregarded without a single attempt to rectify it.
I'm still getting appointments from them even though I've notified them that I've gone elsewhere.
I've reported this.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. this place is dirty and the staff are disrespectful and have no consideration for anyone. no one seems to understand what is going on or what they’re doing here. putting customers in risky and unprofessional situations is not helping us gain employment, in fact it is turning us away from it. this place needs to be shut down and staff need to go into a different industry, where they don’t have to deal with customer, since their customer service is lacking and very unprofessional:(
the area in which this office is located is disgusting and smells bad. gives me head aches. not very easily accessible either. no parking. don’t bother.
