Both of my children have attended Giraffe Mosman and loved it. Between both kids we've experienced every 'room', from nursery through to preschool, over the past four years. The team are genuinely caring and welcoming to all the kids, not just those in their rooms. We've had terrific consistency with educators and I particularly like how the same educator is there at drop off and pick up so can tell you how your child's day was (this was not the case at a large daycare chain nearby that my eldest went to for two years before moving to Giraffe and it proved particularly tricky when toilet training!). The outdoor play area is large enough to let them burn their energy while the indoor rooms are filled with different experiences, toys, books, and games to keep them interested five days a week. The team go above and beyond to create amazing experiences throughout the year for the kids and their families. They are a dedicated and caring bunch of educators and we truly appreciate them.

We love Giraffe Mosman! We started in Nursery and are now in Toddler 4. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with the personal touch from the educators, makes us very happy. The staff are caring and attentive, always ready with hugs. Our little boy talks about the educators for hours in the evening.

We enjoy the big outdoor area and the variety of activities, both wet and dry. Communication is smooth and easy, and we appreciate the inclusive environment and the friendships being made. We highly recommend Giraffe Mosman to any parent looking for a loving and supportive place for their child to grow and thrive.

Both of my sons attend Giraffe, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. The educators are absolutely fantastic and excel at adapting to the individual needs of each child.
My kids absolutely love it- The centre offers a spacious, fun, and open environment, especially in comparison to others we’ve visited that felt a little small and inadequate. There is always a variety of engaging fun activities that keep them stimulated and constantly learning.

Our eldest child started at Giraffe ELC at 9 months old and is now in preschool, she is absolutely thriving! Our second has been there for three months, starting at 11 months old and is happy, learning and making firm friendships with the staff who care for her. Giraffe has been part of my “village” for over two years now, and my son absolutely love his educators. When he is at home, my son often calls for them in a very sweet way.

From day one, Giraffe supported us by providing a smooth transition. I was able to visit the center with my son for a few days/ hours before his first big day.

He has attended different rooms, and we have always found the room leaders and educators to be caring and focused on the children's needs. A couple of times, my son missed days at the center due to appointments or illness, and most of the time, we received a phone call from the center checking on him.

Although Giraffe-Mosman is a large center, I never feel like my son is just a number. He is important to his educators, who update us daily about his development. They share funny moments and areas where we should pay attention. They teach him countless songs and encourage his creativity.

Once, we misplaced my son’s water bottle. In the morning, we asked his educators if they had seen it. When we returned at the end of the day, one of the educators approached me and explained that they had searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. I was surprised because I hadn’t given it much thought and told her it was just a water bottle. However, she apologized again and mentioned that she knew it was a “branded water bottle.” She assured me they take the care of the children's belongings very seriously. I was truly impressed by their level of care and kindness, especially since the water bottle was later found under the driver’s seat in my car.

I could spend hours praising the staff at Giraffe for helping to shape my son's education. They are exceptional and truly deserve all the recognition.

This is the best daycare in Sydney. Absolutely amazing staff, like extended family with their care and love for our daughter. Wonderful activities for the kids all day every day. Cannot recommend enough!

Our daughter has attended Giraffe Early Learning Centre in Mosman for almost two years now and has just started in the preschool room, which she is loving. We have been so impressed by the high level of care provided by the staff, the breadth of the learning programme and the creativity of the staff at Giraffe. Our daughter has learned how to plant and nurture seeds, been introduced to fire fighters, helped to raise baby ducklings, learned about indigenous culture, baked cakes, learned songs in various languages and even participated in mini Olympic Games (to name but a few experiences!) - it's wonderful to watch our daughter grow important social and developmental skills, through the many thoughtfully curated learning experiences at Giraffe. We love Giraffe for so many reasons, but most of all, that they care; the wellbeing and development of their children is at the forefront of what they do and staff actively seek feedback from parents to look for ideas and ways to improve. I cannot recommend Giraffe highly enough.
