We have had a great experience with GEM Mona Vale so far. The educators are wonderful - warm, communicative and accommodating. The facilities are clean and well equipped - so many spaces and things to explore and play with! Meals and nappies are provided. Updates are all logged in an app. But most importantly, our daughter is very happy 🙂

Can not speak highly enough about GEM Early Learning at Mona Vale. My daughter has been attending the service in the preschool room for the last 3 months and she is thriving. Learning so many new things, making friends, she's happy, feels comfortable and is accommodated too at the centre. Management and Educators are wonderful, helpful and genuinely care and want to kids to succeed.

My youngest currently attends GEM Mona Vale and I could not be happier with the experience we have had there. My eldest started school this year, after attending GEM for a year, and still insists on visiting to see her beautiful educators. I have seen first-hand the huge changes implemented by GEM since they took over the original business, Sandcastles. All of the educators are so warm and dedicated, the learning program is amazing, and all communication is prompt and clear. I could not recommend more highly!

We have been really happy with GEM since the new manager and owners took over a few months ago. It has such a nice, calm vibe when we drop our son off and pick him up; it's clean and tidy, with lots of indoor and outdoor space; his schedule and the daily updates have been well-managed and consistent. Lastly but importantly – we've noticed the staff seem happy and relaxed, which creates a great atmosphere for the little ones. Hannah, Neha and the team, thank you for all that you do!

Wonderful place with really caring staff. Amazing activities for our son, safe and consistent sleep throughout the day. Feels like an extension of our family village. Highly recommend. Hannah runs a really tight ship and it’s so well organised and calm.

Our toddler has been going here for a few months and it’s such a lovely team here. Hannah and the team really went to great lengths to help with the transition of day cares for our little boy and we’re really happy having him continue his education here. Really can’t recommend Gem highly enough!!

My daughter has been going to Sandcastles for over a year, and she loves it. The centre manager and staff are so welcoming and caring - I know every time I drop her off that she’s going to have a great day. The staff have hardly changed since we’ve been there which also gives the little ones consistency and stability. A nice big outdoor play area which has just been renovated is an added bonus. Thank you Sandcastles!
