I have a sense of belonging and accomplishment. Mark is very attuned to meeting your needs, the consummate professional.

I was aiming for the moon and Mark’s training took me to the stars. My initial goal was to become match fit for a week of competition after a long break from sport. Although initially sceptical, Mark was able to build a competitive body and mind which culminated in winning a gold at the Pan Pacific Championships – huge respect and appreciation for your guidance, expertise and coaching. Very much a positive and life changing experience.

My teenage son and I have been doing personal training and learning Marks incredible movement form with him for over 6 weeks now. I already feel stronger and clearer. The form is such a comprehensive way to learn to be in my body in healthy ways in order to strengthen and care for myself. Mark is incredibly generous with his knowledge, that spans and combines multiple mind-body modalities. My son is lapping it up. It is easy and accessible too. I started the training with a back injury, which is improving each week through using the form under Marks knowledgeable guidance. Highly recommend it.

Before I moved interstate I attended Tai Chi classes conducted by Mark in his studio and had I not moved away, I would have continued to attend classes. Even though I didn't think I was doing very well, Mark continually encouraged me and by the time I left, I was making progress. Without Mark's encouragement I probably would have given up and never tried Tai Chi again. However, once I am settled into my new place, and COVID-19 restrictions have been eased a bit more, I intend to find and join a local group. Many thanks Mark.

Mark was quick to establish tai chi through Zoom as soon as the lockdown was announced. This was very much appreciated by us all. The weekly sessions via Zoom have been excellent with Mark doing warm up exercises and the 24 step sequence exactly as practiced previously face to face..
