Certainly the most beautiful yoga sanctuary on the planet. There are an abundance of sessions all day to suit workers or those retired or simply on holidays. The staff are all so warm, friendly and welcoming. The infared sauna, massage and the ice bath are a must. Honestly, do yourself a favour and check out Forster Yoga Studio - you won’t be disappointed! Absolutely LOVED it!

It's my absolute truth to say the Yoga Studio is a godsend to this region.
Every teacher, of which are many, bring their expertise and personal knowledge, with a very kind and nurturing love towards the aspirants of yoga and it's rewards are quickly apparent.
Overall atmosphere is very supportive and serene. Beautifully conducted by the teachers and nature, in view of the ever present waterways during the practice.

Beautiful yoga studio in a great location looking over the lake, with friendly, supportive, experienced staff. Classes are supportive of different levels of experience and flexibility. Particularly loved the yin yoga, aromatherapy yin yoga was special and the sound healing was an amazing experience!

I came by this studio by chance on my first day on holiday in Forster. We were in town for a week for a family trip and I just happened to by chance walk by and see the sign. This studio does a very well priced weekly pass....so I took up the opportunity immediately. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean, quiet, calm, beautiful view, beautiful people.....the list goes on. Doing Yoga at this studio ended up being the highlight of my day and to be completely honest, the highlight of my holiday. I looked forward to every class and to be honest I would have liked to come more. I am already planning my next trip to Forster with my friends, just to come for a week of Yoga. Having been an on/off yoga practice individual, the Yoga Studio in Forster has re-motiviated me to engage once again. The studio has an amazing view of Wallis Lake and you feel instantly calm and connected, with that feeling of wellbeing upon entering. I have now booked a 12 class pass and look forward to challenging myself with their wonderful instructors. As they offer many booking options, I can highly recommend this particular studio as worthy of joining. Don't put it off like I did, just do it, it's worth it.

Couldn't recommend Mia and the FYS team enough. The energy here is the best. I feel safe every time I go and I never did yoga before! Yoga and meditation in this setting has been life changing and has brought me back to my body in a massive way. Anyone can do it. I will never look back. I purchased the 2 week intro pass while on holidays in Forster recently and couldn’t get enough of the classes. Each and every class and teacher were amazing, and it felt like I was on a retreat. What a gem. The studio is a beautiful calm space. The amazing views of Wallis Lake add a whole other level of tranquility. The teachers are beautifully welcoming and encouraging. There is so much variety in the different classes, all levels are catered for...especially complete newbies like me. Membership is great value, and signing up was straightforward and uncomplicated (I'd give 6 stars for that!). The app to book classes is very easy to use. The FYS team facilitate lots of other events and there is a great community vibe with teachers and members.
