Focus & Flourish presented workshops for the chamber as part of Small Business Month on 'Writing newsletters people will actually read' and 'Using Instagram in your marketing'. These were our highest selling and most attended workshops.

They also presented at our first networking event post-covid to more than 40 people. This was a critical event for the chamber as it helped reinvigorate networking and community connection.

Working with Mel and Ngaire from Focus and Flourish is the best thing I could have ever decided to do!
I was sceptical at first as I had paid for other programs and coaches previously and felt I got nowhere.
I first met these ladies at the Women With Altitude Parramatta meeting and after their presentation I just knew I had to work with them.

These ladies pushed me to do things in my business that I was always scared to do, because I felt lost and scared. They gave me the guidance though their Mastermind 12 week program and I was also able to keep in touch with them over messaging and emails. The support they gave me was unmatched with anything else I'd ever signed up for.

I had the pleasure of taking part in the From Selling to Serving course with Focus & Flourish which involved a combination of online videos, self-paced worksheets, FB group and Zoom group coaching over 5 weeks. I absolutely recommend the course as a way to kick-start your marketing in a genuine, true-to-yourself and manageable way.

I had been stuck feeling icky about marketing as it felt like a sell. Focus & Flourish guided me step-by-step through a process to discover and articulate the benefits of the service I provide and how it is valued by my dream audience. Now I help people through empathising with the problems they face and offering a solution. I have become a problem solver in my marketing, and it no longer feels like I am selling.

The learning environment and intimate group coaching works really well as it allows the space for people doing the course to share their challenges and bounce ideas off each other. Ngaire and Mel gently encouraged and nudged us along the way, were very generous with their time and ideas, and it's sooo nice to have the Zoom group coaching. It keeps you motivated!
