My husband and I joined Flow State Yoga after moving to the area 2 years ago. Vicky and her community at Flow State welcomed us with open arms and we were instantly hooked. Cute little small studio. Teachers were lovely. Only thing was I was constantly cold. It is an old building. It is located near the road so if you don’t mind the sound of cars and trucks from the busy highway. Overall everyone was lovely.
