My son had his sixth birthday party here today with 15 of his little friends and I’ve gotta say it was a complete success. Fabulous staff. I can’t tell you how amazing they were with the kids keeping them entertained and assisting with every need. And the food was amazing the ice cream cake was a hit! And the newly renovated centre is absolutely incredible. There is so much for the kids to do. Can’t recommend it enough for a birthday party.

First time visit and the outfit and diversity great 👍 sadly I personally felt ripped off as I was forced to buy 3 pairs of their own socks ie company safety policy? Even though I already had identical socks just not with their logo !!! Come on please don’t rip us off only then to notice other kids with different socks on - be fair to all !!! Obviously depends who’s on the cash register - be fair & consistent

Also my 10 year old was not allowed in the 100-130cm area as she was slightly to tall yet two toddlers roughly 70cm where in this area ? Please let all kids have fun we pay good money for it

Attended a party for 5 year old, with approximately 30 kids. Was absolutely fantastic, all the kids had the best time. The party hosts made the whole 2 hours run smoothly and fun with absolutely no issues. Highly recommend and will definitely return

The renovated space is well ventilated now. There were a lot of concurrent birthday parties but the staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's party absolutely amazing! Thank you for putting so much effort and thought into making our day such a memorable one.

Staff were rude out in the trampolines, few things not working and a whole play area was sectioned of.

Went into the arcade area and was disgusted to see one of their games was covered in mould and stunk (photos included of game and mould)

What can I say other than my son Noah had the best time at his party at flip out Caringbah.
Great venue and his Party host whose name Is also Noah was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend anyone thinking of having a party here to do it because your child will love it.

Paid $64 for 1hour- two adults and a 4-year-old, only to leave after 15 minutes. We visited on a Sunday, hoping for a fun family outing, but the staff kept approaching us, telling us our child wasn’t allowed in multiple areas—including the one specifically for kids under 130cm. When we asked for a refund, the manager refused, claiming they’re a franchise and “can’t do that.” Instead, they gave us a voucher to come back—but after this experience, why would we? Absolutely ridiculous.

As working parents, we carefully plan and budget for fun activities for our child, especially with the rising cost of living. We should be entitled to a refund for an experience that was cut short due to unclear rules and poor customer service. I’ll be taking this further. Complete waste of money—would not recommend.

After renovation it's a huge attractive area that is not allowed for the kids over 130 cm. My 10 year old is not allowed to go for been a few cm taller and got upset. We pay the same amount of money as kids who can enjoy the whole experience.
All trampolines are overcrowded and it's almost impossible and not really safe to jump. They do not limit the amount of people in.
Not the best experience for 30 dollars. I brought my kids here to have fun not to get upset
