This is now my go-to place for buying my university textbooks. The customer service was truly some of the best I have ever had. Cannot beat a family owned and run Aussie business

I bought a textbook from these guys that was shipped with a small binding issue, and thought I would try my luck and see if I could organize a replacement. I had a response within 15 minutes of the start of the business day helping me out. They allowed me to keep my original one until a new one arrived so I was not without the text, and shipped with the new text was a set of hand-written instructions on how they would like the book returned, as well as what to keep and what to send (like my online access codes).
Thank you all! Especially to Marie for organizing this so quickly and efficiently. It has well and truly won me over

UPDATE:

Received call from their Director Jane, apologizing for the delay.
It sounded reasonable that they were overwhelmed by the order volume and are behind in terms of answering queries and catching up with orders.

Changing my rating to 4 Stars as she sounded genuine with the reasons for delay.

She confirmed that they were able to ship my order today and hopefully I will receive it soon.

INITIAL (OLD) REVIEW BELOW:

If you want books for year 6 for your kids, place the order when they are at year 5 and may be you will get the order on time when they actually go to Year 6.

Pun apart, My order has been without any dispatch info for over 15 days. Not even a hint of such a long delay while placing the order.

The funny part is, some of the books I ordered are available in nearby book shops.. Ouch! too late a discovery for me, as I am already into this trap.

From what I read here, it looks like it will be months before I receive the order (must be lucky to receive it undamaged too it seems from reviews here)

Tried all three email IDs of their support and their "no one answers" phone number several times.

I think they are a fit case for a fair trading complaint. Anyways, I will update this review if I receive any progress within this week, before I actually proceed with Fair Trading.

Awful customer service. There was an issue with my online order. I placed the order using vouchers and the order did not go through, but it took the credit from my vouchers. I emailed them and called them everyday over the past weeks and there was not a single response.
I have read that other customers have reported the shop to unfair trade in the review, I will do the same. It’s not about the money it’s about the appalling customer service.
