The academy is led by great tutors with extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology and coaching techniques, and who really cared about helping each student grow. The cirriculum is meticulously planned and well demonstrated in the practical workshop components. The ability to train real life clients further helped in solidifying the knowledge, and allowed us to practice responding to the unique needs of a variety of clients. Totally recommend!
