Jason is the best physiotherapist I have visited. He is very knowledgeable, listens to your comments and plans a treatment that suits your body. He is highly skilled at diagnosing your problems and systematically treating them. His honesty, one on one, friendly and efficient service is commendable. He has a flexible approach and as a result, my body is in better shape and much more flexible. I am more than willing to recommend him to anyone especially, those who have found past practitioners to be a big disappointment.

I'm so happy I found Jason at First Choice Spinal & Sports. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. You get his full attention at all times, unlike other physiotherapists around. He has long appointments so you don't feel rushed or just like another number. He takes great care in giving you the right treatment plan for you as an individual, not a one size fits all answer. The app he uses is great for helping to remember your exercises at home. He happily accommodated my wish to do hydrotherapy which I really appreciated. He is not only helping me regain my movement after surgery but is also helping me with my chronic back pain. He also holds small Pilates classes which again, are tailored to your individual abilities, which I can't wait to start next week. Don't bother looking elsewhere, Jason is the best in his field. He had me out of a wheelchair, back on my feet and driving again in less than two weeks! Absolute champion!

Jason Wheeler is an exceptional physiotherapist. I have used many over the years and Jason is certainly head and shoulders above the rest. This is due to the care and attention he gives. I felt many physiotherapist I visited would just treat my injuries by a textbook diagnosis. Jason took the time to really diagnose what was going on. He never rushed and never needed me gone for the next patient.
As such a chronic long term elbow issue I have had for 12 years is now manageable. I’m back on the tools and back into rock climbing. The transformation for my life wonderful and I’m back doing what I love.

Jason at First Choice Spinal & Sports Physiotherapy was recommended to me by my brother. I had an ankle injury that I wanted to get sorted. Jason was extremely thorough in diagnosing my achilles injury. He then worked on the injury & gave me some great exercises to work on at home. He also added them to my exercise program via the physio app which was great to refer to in order to make sure I was doing the exercised correctly. Jason has great experience, extensive knowledge & he took great care to ensure I understood my injury & how the care for my ankles long term so I can continue my walking. Jason has a very friendly & unrushed manner which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Jason. I'm pleased to say I'm back to my walking.... yippee

Jason is a very professional and knowledgeable physio. I came to him with a calf injury that had been with me for a number of years. I had been to several other physios that did not offer running gait or postural analysis as part of the injury diagnosis. Jason came up with a rehabilitation exercise program tailored for my injury and offered dry needling and deep tissue massage as part of treatment. Very professional and organised, would highly recommend.

I have been looking for a good physio in the mountains since moving here 2 years and I'm very happy with Jason's work.
I have seen him a few times now regarding different problems and he takes time to properly analyse the problem to then suggest a treatment plan. All exercises can be accessed via an app which is very convenient as I have the tendency to forget them.
