Thank you Ray for a no-nonsense first aid and cpr training. I really appreciate the fact that you had to teach with a mask on, the whole time and you were so knowledgeable and practical. I like your ability to translate the responsiblity of first aider in a very practical manner and prioritise the need in quick thinking as opposed to simply following instructions. I feel more confident about administering first aid after completing your very comprehensive online quiz and attending the face-to-face session. Thank you for offering the course so close to home and on the weekend. Very grateful.
